Abstract

본 발명은 브리켓팅 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 브리켓팅 장치는 나란히 병렬로 배치되며, 밖에서 안으로 회전하며 원료를 압축 성형하는 한쌍의 브리켓팅 롤들; 상기 브리켓팅 롤들 사이의 위에 위치하여 원료를 저장하는 장입호퍼; 및 상기 장입호퍼의 내부에 상기 브리켓팅 롤들의 길이를 따라 간격을 두고 경사지게 입설되어 상기 장입호퍼의 원료를 상기 브리켓팅 롤들의 사이로 장입하는 다수개의 장입스크류들;을 포함한다. 본 발명에 의해, 브리켓팅 롤에 균일한 분포 및 압축 응력이 확보된 원료를 공급할 수 있고, 브리켓팅 장치의 수명연장과 경제적 운용을 위해서 압착시 응력 편차가 적고 고온 및 가혹한 조건에 견딜 수 있는 브리켓팅 롤이 제공되어 우수한 품질의 브리켓트를 제조할 수 있다.
