Abstract

본 접이식 사이드 스포일러는 복수의 접이식 날개(10)와 구동장치(20) 그리고 수납부(21) 등으로 구성되며 접이식 날개(10)는 길이(11)가 폭(12)보다 3배 이상 큰 매우 좁고 긴 날개형상으로 형성되어 차량의 양 측면에 각각 선택적으로 접히거나 펼쳐지도록 설치되며, 펼쳐졌을 때 지면 쪽으로 다운포스를 발생하도록 형성된다. 접이식 날개(10)는 차량의 한쪽 측면 당 적어도 두 개 이상 설치되고 각 접이식 날개의 부착위치가 차량 뒤로 점점 후퇴하면서 날개면적은 점점 작아지고, 날개받음각은 점점 커지도록 설정될 수 있다. 본 차륜 접지하중 회복장치는, 사이드 스포일러 장치와, 차량의 가속도 또는 각 차륜의 차륜속도를 측정하는 감지장치(30), 및 상기 감지장치의 감지정보로부터 상기 접이식 날개에 인가될 구동정보를 생성하여 상기 구동장치(20)에 전송하는 제어장치(31)를 포함하여 구성되며, 구동정보는 감지정보가 전달한 차륜의 접지하중 불균형을 접이식 날개(10)가 해소하는 쪽으로 생성될 수 있다.
