Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un élément de coulissement intégré pour un moule, par lequel élément il est possible de réduire le traitement et le temps et le coût impliqués dans la fabrication d'un moule, et, en même temps, il est possible d'éliminer des incidents associés à la sécurité par le fait d'avoir une action sûre. Ledit élément de coulissement intégré comprend : un corps d'élément de coulissement adapté de façon à être apte à être inséré dans une cavité de coulissement formée dans une section de moule inférieure comprise dans le moule ; un bloc mobile qui est réuni au corps d'élément de coulissement et qui fixe un noyau de contre-dépouille pour former une contre-dépouille, et qui avance et recule dans la direction du noyau ; et un bloc fonctionnel qui est positionné entre le corps d'élément de coulissement et l'arrière du bloc mobile, et qui provoque l'avance et le recul du bloc mobile sous l'action d'une section de moule supérieure qui est positionnée au-dessus de la section de moule inférieure.
