Abstract

본 발명은 샘플 립스틱 용기에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 샘플 립스틱 용기는, 립스틱 지지대에 립스틱부를 탈부착 가능한 탈착부를 결합함으로써, 개별 포장된 립스틱 샘플을 간단하게 탈부착하여 사용하는 것이 가능하므로, 위생적인 립스틱 샘플을 통한 발색(發色) 테스트가 가능한 것이 특징이다.

Description

샘플 립스틱 용기
본 발명은 샘플 립스틱 용기에 관한 것으로서, 더 상세하게는 개별 포장된 립스틱 샘플을 간단하게 탈부착하여 사용하는 것이 가능하도록 립스틱부와 립스틱 지지대의 구조를 설계함으로써, 위생적인 립스틱 샘플을 통한 발색(發色) 테스트가 가능한 샘플 립스틱 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 화장품을 판매하는 매장에는 사용자들이 테스트용으로 사용 가능하도록 샘플 립스틱이 비치된다.
이러한 샘플 립스틱은 립스틱형, 팩트형, 카드형 등 다양한 형태로 사용자에게 제공되는데, 하나의 샘플 립스틱을 다수의 사용자들이 공용으로 테스트하기 때문에 비위생적인 문제점이 있었다. 따라서, 사용자들은 샘플 립스틱의 발색(發色) 테스트시에 입술에 직접 바르지 않고, 손등에 바르거나, 휴지로 닦아서 테스트를 진행하게 되므로, 입술 화장을 통한 정확한 테스트가 용이하지 않은 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 립브러쉬를 사용하여 손등에 바르거나, 입술에 직접 바르는 테스트를 진행하는 경우도 있으나, 립브러쉬 역시 매장에 비치된 샘플용 립브러쉬를 다수의 사용자가 사용하게 되므로, 비위생적인 문제점이 있었다.
최근 연구 결과에 따르면 상기와 같은 샘플 립스틱은 오랫동안 매장에 비치됨으로써, 박테리아 등 다양한 세균에 오염되어 사용자의 건강을 위협하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 이로 인하여, 사용자가 안심하고 위생적으로 사용할 수 있는 샘플 립스틱이 요구되고 있는 실정이다.
본 발명은 상술한 문제점을 해결하고자 안출된 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 개별 포장된 립스틱 샘플을 간단하게 탈부착하여 사용하는 것이 가능하도록 립스틱부와 립스틱 지지대의 구조를 설계함으로써, 위생적인 립스틱 샘플을 통한 발색(發色) 테스트가 가능한 샘플 립스틱 용기를 제공하는 것이다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 샘플 립스틱 용기는, 상부가 개방형성되며 측면에 버튼결합홀이 형성된 립스틱 지지대; 상기 립스틱 지지대의 내측에 결합되되, 상기 버튼결합홀을 통해 외부로 노출되는 가압버튼과, 상기 가압버튼의 가압에 의해 내측방향으로 좁혀지는 탄성지지체로 구성되는 립스틱 탈착부; 상기 립스틱 탈착부에 의해 상기 립스틱 지지대로부터 탈착 가능하게 결합되되, 상기 립스틱 지지대의 상부에 안착되며 상기 탄성지지체가 관통되는 관통홀이 형성되는 안착부와, 상기 안착부의 상부로 돌출형성되며 외주면에 립스틱이 도포된 립스틱성형부로 구성되는 립스틱부; 및 상기 립스틱부의 상부를 감싸며 결합되는 캡;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 탄성지지체는 길이방향으로 중앙부가 절개된 "U"자 형상의 탄성재질로 구성되되, 그 끝단 양측에 걸림돌기가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 립스틱 성형부의 내측에는 상기 탄성지지체의 걸림돌기가 안착되는 안착턱이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 립스틱 지지대의 상단 내측에는 상기 립스틱 탈착부를 고정시키도록 중공이 형성된 마감캡이 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 마감캡의 하단에는 립스틱 지지대에 결합되는 결합돌기가 형성되며, 상기 립스틱 지지대에는 상기 결합돌기와 맞닿는 부분에 결합홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 안착부의 하단에는 씰링지가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

도 1 내지 5를 참조하면, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 립스틱 용기는 립스틱 지지대(100), 립스틱 탈착부(200), 립스틱부(300), 캡(400)이 포함된다.
상기 립스틱 지지대(100)는 사용자가 손으로 파지 가능하도록 소정 길이로 형성되는 것으로서, 후술할 립스틱 탈착부(200)의 결합이 가능하도록 상부가 개방형성되며 측면에는 가압버튼(210)이 돌출 형성되도록 버튼결합홀(110)이 형성된다.
또한, 상기 립스틱 지지대(100)의 내측에는 후술할 탄성지지체(220)의 하부가 결합되는 결합부(120)가 구비되는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 상기 립스틱 지지대(100)의 상단 내측에는 립스틱 탈착부(200)를 고정시키도록 마감캡(500)이 결합되는데, 상기 마감캡(500)에는 탄성지지체(220)가 관통되는 것이 가능하도록 상단에 중공(510)이 형성되며, 하단에는 립스틱 지지대(100)에 형성된 결합홈(130)에 결합되는 결합돌기(520)가 구비되어, 결합돌기(520)와 결합홈(130)에 결합에 의해 상기 립스틱 지지대(100)에 고정이 이루어지게 된다.

이때, 결합된 립스틱부(300)의 탈리방법은 가압버튼(210)을 가압하게 되면 탄성지지체(220)가 내측 방향으로 좁혀지게 되는데, 이로 인하여 립스틱 성형부(320)에 형성된 안착턱(321)으로부터 걸림돌기(221)가 이탈되며, 사용자는 안착부(310)를 파지하여 립스틱부(300)를 상방향으로 이동시킴으로써, 립스틱 탈착부(200)로부터 립스틱부(300)의 탈리가 가능하게 된다. 상기와 같은 과정을 통해 립스틱부(300)의 탈리가 완료되면, 자신이 원하는 색상의 또 다른 립스틱부(300)를 립스틱 탈착부(200)에 결합하여 사용하게 되는 것이다.
본 발명의 립스틱부(300)는 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 후술할 캡(400)이 결합된 상태로 색상별로 개별 포장되어 일회용으로 제공됨으로써, 사용자가 테스트를 원하는 색상의 립스틱부(300)를 선택하여 간단하게 립스틱 탈착부(200)를 통해 탈부착하여 사용할 수 있도록 함으로써, 위생적인 발색(發色) 테스트가 가능한 것이 특징이다.
도면과 명세서에서 최적 실시 예들이 개시되었다. 여기서 특정한 용어들이 사용되었으나, 이는 단지 본 발명을 설명하기 위한 목적에서 사용된 것이지 의미한정이나 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 범위를 제한하기 위하여 사용된 것은 아니다. 그러므로 본 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시 예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의해 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 상부가 개방형성되며 측면에 버튼결합홀이 형성된 립스틱 지지대;
    상기 립스틱 지지대의 내측에 결합되되, 상기 버튼결합홀을 통해 외부로 노출되는 가압버튼과, 상기 가압버튼의 가압에 의해 내측방향으로 좁혀지는 탄성지지체로 구성되는 립스틱 탈착부;
    상기 립스틱 탈착부에 의해 상기 립스틱 지지대로부터 탈착 가능하게 결합되되, 상기 립스틱 지지대의 상부에 안착되며 상기 탄성지지체가 관통되는 관통홀이 형성되는 안착부와, 상기 안착부의 상부로 돌출형성되며 외주면에 립스틱이 도포된 립스틱성형부로 구성되는 립스틱부; 및
    상기 립스틱부의 상부를 감싸며 결합되는 캡;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 샘플 립스틱 용기.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 탄성지지체는 길이방향으로 중앙부가 절개된 "U"자 형상의 탄성재질로 구성되되, 그 끝단 양측에 걸림돌기가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 샘플 립스틱 용기.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 립스틱 성형부의 내측에는 상기 탄성지지체의 걸림돌기가 안착되는 안착턱이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 샘플 립스틱 용기.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 립스틱 지지대의 상단 내측에는 상기 립스틱 탈착부를 고정시키도록 중공이 형성된 마감캡이 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 샘플 립스틱 용기.
  5. 청구항 4에 있어서,
    상기 마감캡의 하단에는 립스틱 지지대에 결합되는 결합돌기가 형성되며, 상기 립스틱 지지대에는 상기 결합돌기와 맞닿는 부분에 결합홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 샘플 립스틱 용기.
  6. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 안착부의 하단에는 씰링지가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 샘플 립스틱 용기.
  7. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 캡의 하단부에는 상기 안착부의 상단을 가압하는 절곡부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 샘플 립스틱 용기.
  8. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 립스틱 지지대의 내측에는 상기 탄성지지체의 하부가 결합되는 결합부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 샘플 립스틱 용기.
