Abstract

L'invention concerne un traitement de surface protecteur pour un film et/ou stratifié en matière plastique. Dans certaines versions, le traitement de surface consiste à revêtir une surface principale du film ou stratifié en matière plastique par une formulation de revêtement pouvant durcir dans laquelle un ou plusieurs des ingrédients de revêtement sont diffusés ou migrent au moins partiellement dans le film ou le stratifié en matière plastique. La migration d'ingrédients de revêtement crée une couche de transition progressive du film en matière plastique à la couche de revêtement et conduit à des propriétés uniques. Dans d'autres versions, une diffusion n'a pas lieu et une interface relativement nette est définie entre la formulation de revêtement et le film en matière plastique. Eventuellement, le film en matière plastique traité en surface est laminé sur une feuille antiadhésive revêtue par un adhésif sensible à la pression (PSA) pour former le stratifié susmentionné.
