Abstract
서빙 펨토 기지국은 셀 부하가 기 정의된 임계치를 초과하는 경우, 타겟 펨토 기지국과 연결된 X2 인터페이스를 통해 가입자의 데이터 트래픽을 포워딩한다. 이때, 서빙 펨토 기지국은 출력 파워를 낮추어 서빙 펨토 셀의 커버리지를 축소시키고, 타겟 펨토 기지국은 출력 파워를 높여 타겟 펨토 셀의 커버리지를 확대시킨다. 또한, 타겟 펨토 기지국은 서빙 펨토 기지국에서 천이되는 가입자를 접속 모드에 따라 차등 접속시킨다.
