상술한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 버튼 잠금수단을 갖는 펜슬형 립글루스 용기는, 원통몸체로서, 상단면에 고정홈이 형성된 하우징; 상기 하우징의 상측단부에 하단부가 삽입 끼움되어 결합되는 원통몸체로서, 상측부 내주면 둘레에 일정간격으로 형성된 절개홈을 갖는 상체; 상기 상체의 내주면에 하부가 삽입되어 위치하되 상측방향으로 빠지지 않도록 걸림 배치되고 하단면에 톱니식 요철면이 형성되며, 외주면에 잠금돌기를 갖는 상부가 상체로부터 노출되게 배치되는 버튼; 상기 상체의 상단부에 삽입 끼움되어 결합되고 상기 버튼의 외측에 위치되어 버튼의 잠금에 사용되는 링형몸체로서, 내주면에 상기 버튼측 잠금돌기가 삽입 위치되고 회전상태에 따라 버튼의 잠금 및 잠금 해제를 수행하기 위한 잠금홈부를 갖는 숄더; 상기 버튼의 톱니식 요철면에 상단면이 접하여 위치되고 상단부 외주면 둘레에 방사상으로 돌출된 외측돌부가 형성되며, 하부 외주면에 수직홈을 갖는 원통몸체의 회전스토퍼; 상기 회전스토퍼의 외측에 삽입 위치되며, 상기 버튼의 누름시 탄성작동을 위한 스프링; 상기 회전스토퍼의 수직홈에 대응 삽입되는 수직돌기 및 내나사산이 내주면에 형성된 원통몸체의 작동스토퍼; 상기 하우징의 상단부 내측에 삽입 끼움되어 결합되고 상단부 외주면에 상기 하우징의 고정홈에 대응 삽입되는 고정돌기가 형성되며, 상기 작동스토퍼의 하부가 삽입 위치되는 원통몸체의 고정스토퍼; 상기 고정스토퍼와 작동스토퍼 및 회전스토퍼를 관통하여 삽입 위치되어지되, 상기 작동스토퍼와 나사결합상태를 이루고, 끝단부가 상기 고정스토퍼의 하측으로 노출되게 배치되는 나사축; 상기 나사축의 끝단부에 고정 결합되는 피스톤부재; 상기 하우징의 하단부 내주면에 삽입 배치되며, 유출공이 형성된 고정캡; 상기 고정캡의 하단면에 접하여 위치되고, 상기 하우징의 외부에 노출되게 배치되는 브러시; 상기 하우징에 삽입 끼움되어 결합되며, 상기 브러시를 커버하기 위한 브러시캡; 상기 하우징의 하측단부에 상단부가 삽입 끼움되어 결합되는 보호캡; 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
바람직하게, 상기 숄더의 잠금홈부는 홈의 일측단부 하측에 돌부를 형성시킴으로써 버튼측 잠금돌기가 상기 돌부의 위쪽에 위치될 시 버튼의 누름 작동을 방지할 수 있도록 구성될 수 있다.
바람직하게, 상기 나사축은 축의 전체 외면에 나사산이 형성되는 것이 아니라 좌우 양측면으로만 형성되고 나머지 면은 단면의 구조를 갖도록 구성될 수 있다.
본 발명에 따르면, 잠금수단을 구비함에 따라 버튼 측에 원하지 않는 외압이 가해지더라도 버튼이 눌려져 작동됨을 방지할 수 있고, 이를 통해 미 사용시 원하지 않는 상태에서 버튼의 누름 가압력이 작용함에 의해 액상 립글루스가 압출되어 하우징 밖으로 방출되는 것을 아주 효과적으로 방지할 수 있으며, 잠금수단의 해제를 통해서는 버튼의 누름 작동을 원활하게 수행할 수 있음과 더불어 버튼 누름시 원활하게 액상 립글루스를 압출하여 일정량을 브러시 측으로 내보내 공급할 수 있는 유용한 효과가 달성될 수 있다.

본 발명에 대해 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 바람직한 실시예를 설명하면 다음과 같으며, 이와 같은 상세한 설명을 통해서 본 발명의 목적과 구성 및 그에 따른 특징들을 보다 잘 이해할 수 있게 될 것이다.
본 발명의 실시예에 의한 버튼 잠금수단을 갖는 펜슬형 립글루스 용기는 도 1 내지 도 6에 나타낸 바와 같이, 하우징(10), 상체(20), 버튼(30), 버튼 잠금수단인 숄더(40), 회전스토퍼(50), 스프링(60), 작동스토퍼(70), 고정스토퍼(80), 나사축(90), 피스톤부재(100), 고정캡(110), 브러시(120), 브러시캡(130), 보호캡(140)을 포함하여 이루어진다.
상기 하우징(10)은 액상 립글루스가 저장되는 부분으로서, 상단면에 고정홈(11)이 형성되는 원통몸체로 구성된다.
상기 상체(20)는 하우징(10)의 상측단부에 하단부가 삽입 끼움되어 결합되는 원통몸체로서, 상측부 내주면 둘레에 일정간격으로 절개홈(21)이 형성된다.
상기 버튼(30)은 상체(20)의 내주면에 하부가 삽입되어 위치하되 상측방향으로 빠지지 않도록 걸림 배치되고 하단면에 톱니식 요철면(31)이 형성되며, 외주면에 잠금돌기(32)를 갖는 상부가 상체(20)로부터 노출되도록 배치된다.
이때, 버튼(30)에는 상체(20) 상에 걸림 배치하기 위한 걸림턱(33)이 하측단부 외주면에 돌출 형성되고, 상기 상체(20)의 상측부 내주면에는 고정턱(22)이 돌출 형성된다.
상기 숄더(40)는 상체(20)의 상단부에 삽입 끼움되어지되 회전 가능하도록 결합되고 상기 버튼(30)의 외측방향에 위치되어 버튼(30)의 잠금에 사용되는 링형몸체로서, 내주면에 상기 버튼측 잠금돌기(32)가 삽입 위치되고 회전상태에 따라 버튼(30)의 잠금 및 잠금 해제를 수행하기 위한 잠금홈부(41)가 형성된다.
이때, 상기 숄더(40)의 잠금홈부(41)에는 홈의 일측단부 하측에 돌부(41a)가 형성되며, 이는 버튼(30) 측 잠금돌기(32)가 상기 잠금홈부(41) 내에 위치되고 돌부(41a)의 위쪽에 위치될 시 버튼(30)의 누름 작동을 방지하는데 사용된다.
상기 회전스토퍼(50)는 버튼(30)의 톱니식 요철면(31)에 상단면이 접하여 위치되는 원통몸체로서, 상단부 외주면 둘레에 방사상으로 돌출된 외측돌부(51)가 등간격으로 형성되고 상체(20)의 내주면에 형성된 절개홈(21) 측에 매칭되어 위치되며, 하부 외주면에 수직홈(52)이 형성된다.
이때, 외측돌부(51)는 도시된 바와 같이, 버튼(30)의 한번 누름시 90도 방향 회전이 가능하도록 4개를 형성시킨 예시로 구성하였으나, 이에 한정되지 않으며, 외측돌부의 형성개수에 수정 및 변형이 이루어질 수 있다 할 것이다.
상기 스프링(60)은 회전스토퍼(50)의 외측에 삽입 위치되며, 상기 버튼(30)의 누름시 회전스토퍼(50)의 상하방향 탄성작동을 위해 구성된다.
상기 작동스토퍼(70)는 회전스토퍼(50)의 수직홈(52)에 대응 삽입되는 수직돌기(71)가 형성되는 원통몸체로서, 하측단부 내주면에 내나사산(72)이 형성되어 나사축(90)과 나사 결합할 수 있도록 구성된다.
상기 고정스토퍼(80)는 하우징(10)의 상단부 내측에 삽입 끼움되어 결합되는 원통몸체로서, 상단부 외주면에 상기 하우징(10)의 고정홈(11)에 대응 삽입되는 고정돌기(81)가 형성되며, 상기 작동스토퍼(70)의 하부가 내부에 삽입 위치되도록 구성된다.
상기 고정스토퍼(80)는 하우징(10)의 고정홈(11)에 고정돌기(81)가 매칭되어 고정 형성되는 것으로서, 잠금 해제에 따른 버튼(30)의 누름 작동시 나사축(90)의 회전을 방지하는 기능을 하는데 사용된다.
상기 나사축(90)은 고정스토퍼(80)와 작동스토퍼(70) 및 회전스토퍼(50)를 관통하여 삽입 위치되게 한 것으로서, 상기 작동스토퍼(70)와 나사결합상태를 이루고, 끝단부가 상기 고정스토퍼(80)의 하측으로 노출되게 배치되도록 구성된다.
이때, 상기 나사축(90)은 축의 전체 외면에 나사산을 형성시키는 것이 아니라 좌우 양측면으로만 형성되게 하고 나머지 면은 단면의 구조를 갖도록 형성함으로써 나사축(90)이 회전되는 것을 방지 및 버튼의 누름 작동시 원활한 하강 작동이 이루어질 수 있도록 구성함이 바람직하다.
상기 피스톤부재(100)는 나사축(90)의 끝단부에 고정 결합되는 것으로서, 하우징(10) 내부에 저장되는 액상 립글루스를 버튼(30)의 누름 작동시 압출하는 피스톤 작용을 하도록 구성된다.
상기 고정캡(110)은 하우징(10)의 하단부 내주면에 삽입 배치되는 것으로서, 상기 피스톤부재(100)의 피스톤 작용시 액상 립글루스를 브러시(120) 측으로 유도하기 위한 유출공(111)이 형성된다.
이때, 유출공(111)은 하측 방향으로 갈수록 내경이 점진적으로 커지도록 구성함으로써 하우징(10) 내에 저장된 액상 립글루스가 미 사용중인 자연 상태에서 쉽게 흘러나오는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 구성함이 바람직하다.
상기 브러시(120)는 고정캡(110)의 하단면에 접하여 위치되고 상기 하우징(10)의 외부에 노출되도록 배치되는 것으로서, 상기 버튼(30)의 누름 작동시 압출되어 하우징(10) 밖으로 방출되는 액상 립글루스가 묻어나는 곳이며, 압출에 의해 묻어나는 액상 립글루스를 입술에 바를 수 있도록 하는 구성요소이다.
이때, 상기 브러시(120)는 실리콘 러버로 대체 구성될 수 있다 할 것이다.
상기 브러시캡(130)은 하우징(10)에 삽입 끼움되어 결합되며, 상기 브러시(120)를 커버하기 위해 구성된다.
상기 보호캡(140)은 하우징(10)의 하측단부에 상단부가 삽입 끼움되어 결합되도록 구성된다.
상술한 구성으로 이루어진 본 발명에 의한 버튼 잠금수단을 갖는 펜슬형 립글루스 용기의 작용을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
숄더(40)를 회전 조정함에 따라 버튼(30)측 잠금돌기(32)를 숄더(40)의 잠금홈부(41) 내에서 잠금하여 버튼(30)의 누름작동이 이루어지지 않도록 할 수 있는데, 구체적으로 숄더(40)의 잠금홈부(41) 내에 위치되는 버튼(30) 측 잠금돌기(32)가 도 6의 (a)에서와 같이 숄더(40)의 잠금홈부(41) 내에 형성시킨 돌부(41a)의 위쪽에 위치되는 경우 잠금되어 버튼(30)의 누름 작동을 방지할 수 있다.
이와 같은 버튼(30) 잠금상태에서, 숄더(40)를 잠금 반대방향으로 회전 조정하게 되면, 도 6의 (b)에서와 같이 숄더(40)의 잠금홈부(41) 내 돌부(41a)의 위쪽에 위치되던 버튼(30) 측 잠금돌기(32)가 돌부(41a)가 없는 잠금홈부(41) 내에 위치하여 자유롭게 상하 이동할 수 있는 잠금 해제상태가 되면서 버튼(30)의 누름 작동이 가능한 상태로 전환할 수 있다.
상기한 숄더(40)의 회전 조정에 따른 잠금 해제상태에서 버튼(30)의 누름 작동이 수행되면, 누름 가압력에 의해 버튼(30)이 일시 하강하게 되고, 이와 함께 버튼(30)에 접촉된 회전스토퍼(50)가 하강하고 외측돌부(51)가 상체(20)의 절개홈(21)에서 벗어나면서 스프링(60)에 의한 상하 탄성작용에 의해 회전스토퍼(50)가 버튼(30)의 톱니식 요철면(31)을 타고 회전 이동하면서 상승되어 누름 작동된 버튼(30)을 올려주어 원상태로 복귀되게 한다.
이때, 회전스토퍼(50)의 회전시 이에 결합된 작동스토퍼(70)가 함께 회전하게 되고, 나사 결합된 나사축(90)이 하우징(10)에 고정 결합된 고정스토퍼(80)에 의해 회전이 방지되면서 회전 작용없이 수직 하강하여 피치 이동하게 되며, 이 나사축(90)의 끝단부에 결합된 피스톤부재(100)도 함께 하강되면서 하우징(10) 내에 저장된 액상 립글루스를 피스톤 작용으로 밀어내는 작용을 하게 된다.
이러한 피스톤 작용 및 버튼 누름의 반복적인 동작에 의해, 하우징(10) 내에 저장된 액상 립글루스는 고정캡(110)의 유출공(111)을 통해 유출되어 바로 아래에 위치된 브러시(120)로 유입 및 브러시(120)를 적시게 되고, 사용자는 브러시(120)를 통하여 브러시(120)에 묻은 액상 립글루스를 바를 수 있게 되는 것이다.
이에 따라, 본 발명은 잠금수단인 숄더(40)를 구비 및 버튼(30) 측과 매칭 결합되게 구성함으로써 버튼(30) 측에 원하지 않는 외압이 가해지더라도 버튼이 눌려져 작동됨을 방지할 수 있는 잠금상태를 형성시킬 수 있고, 이를 통해 미 사용시 원하지 않는 상태에서 버튼이 눌려짐에 의해 액상 립글루스가 압출되어 방출되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 잠금수단의 잠금 해제를 통해서는 상체(20)와 버튼(30), 회전스토퍼(50), 스프링(60), 작동스토퍼(70), 고정스토퍼(80), 나사축(90), 피스톤부재(100), 고정캡(110)이 액상 립글루스의 원활한 압출을 위한 유기적인 결합관계를 형성하고 있어 버튼(30)의 누름 작동을 원활하게 수행할 수 있음과 더불어 버튼 누름시 액상 립글루스를 원활하게 압출하여 일정량을 브러시(120) 측으로 공급할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
이상에서 설명한 실시예는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 설명한 것에 불과하고 이러한 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명의 기술적 사상과 특허청구범위 내에서 이 기술분야의 당해업자에 의하여 다양한 수정과 변형 또는 치환이 이루어질 수 있다 할 것이며, 이는 본 발명의 기술적 범위에 속한다 할 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 원통몸체로서, 상단면에 고정홈(11)이 형성된 하우징(10);
    상기 하우징(10)의 상측단부에 하단부가 삽입 끼움되어 결합되는 원통몸체로서, 상측부 내주면 둘레에 일정간격으로 형성된 절개홈(21)을 갖는 상체(20);
    상기 상체(20)의 내주면에 하부가 삽입되어 위치하되 상측방향으로 빠지지 않도록 걸림 배치되고 하단면에 톱니식 요철면(31)이 형성되며, 외주면에 잠금돌기(32)를 갖는 상부가 상체(20)로부터 노출되게 배치되는 버튼(30);
    상기 상체(20)의 상단부에 삽입 끼움되어 결합되고 상기 버튼(30)의 외측에 위치되어 버튼(30)의 잠금에 사용되는 링형몸체로서, 내주면에 상기 버튼측 잠금돌기(32)가 삽입 위치되고 회전상태에 따라 버튼(30)의 잠금 및 잠금 해제를 수행하기 위한 잠금홈부(41)를 갖는 숄더(40);
    상기 버튼(30)의 톱니식 요철면(31)에 상단면이 접하여 위치되고 상단부 외주면 둘레에 방사상으로 돌출된 외측돌부(51)가 형성되며, 하부 외주면에 수직홈(52)을 갖는 원통몸체의 회전스토퍼(50);
    상기 회전스토퍼(50)의 외측에 삽입 위치되며, 상기 버튼(30)의 누름시 탄성작동을 위한 스프링(60);
    상기 회전스토퍼(50)의 수직홈(52)에 대응 삽입되는 수직돌기(71) 및 내나사산(72)이 내주면에 형성된 원통몸체의 작동스토퍼(70);
    상기 하우징(10)의 상단부 내측에 삽입 끼움되어 결합되고 상단부 외주면에 상기 하우징(10)의 고정홈(11)에 대응 삽입되는 고정돌기(81)가 형성되며, 상기 작동스토퍼(70)의 하부가 삽입 위치되는 원통몸체의 고정스토퍼(80);
    상기 고정스토퍼(80)와 작동스토퍼(70) 및 회전스토퍼(50)를 관통하여 삽입 위치되어지되, 상기 작동스토퍼(70)와 나사결합상태를 이루고, 끝단부가 상기 고정스토퍼(80)의 하측으로 노출되게 배치되는 나사축(90);
    상기 나사축(90)의 끝단부에 고정 결합되는 피스톤부재(100);
    상기 하우징(10)의 하단부 내주면에 삽입 배치되며, 유출공(111)이 형성된 고정캡(110);
    상기 고정캡(110)의 하단면에 접하여 위치되고, 상기 하우징(10)의 외부에 노출되게 배치되는 브러시(120);
    상기 하우징(10)에 삽입 끼움되어 결합되며, 상기 브러시(120)를 커버하기 위한 브러시캡(130);
    상기 하우징(10)의 하측단부에 상단부가 삽입 끼움되어 결합되는 보호캡(140); 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버튼 잠금수단을 갖는 펜슬형 립글루스 용기.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 숄더(40)의 잠금홈부(41)는 홈의 일측단부 하측에 돌부(41a)를 형성시킴으로써 버튼측 잠금돌기(32)가 상기 돌부(41a)의 위쪽에 위치될 시 버튼(30)의 누름 작동을 방지할 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버튼 잠금수단을 갖는 펜슬형 립글루스 용기.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 나사축(90)은 축의 전체 외면에 나사산이 형성되는 것이 아니라 좌우 양측면으로만 형성되고 나머지 면은 단면의 구조를 갖도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 버튼 잠금수단을 갖는 펜슬형 립글루스 용기.
