Abstract

L'invention concerne un joint et une méthode de formage d'un joint pour un récipient refermable comprenant un bouchon amovible qui est placé sélectivement sur une ouverture de déversement formée dans un corps de bidon. La méthode consiste à appliquer un plastisol sur une surface intérieure du bouchon, durcir le plastisol à une température élevée dans le bouchon, et former à froid le bouchon contenant le plastisol durci. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, un matériau joint en EVA est extrudé dans le bouchon et le joint est ensuite formé à froid dans le bouchon.
