Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Nassabscheider mit einer Vielzahl von parallele Kanäle (K) bildende Wellblechwänden (W), wobei zur Abtrennung von Wasser aus einem in den Nassabscheider eintretenden und die Kanäle (K) durchströmenden Nassdampf (D) jede Wellblechwand (W) zwei parallel angeordnete und regelmässig miteinander verbundene Wellbleche (P1, P2) umfasst, jedes der zwei Wellbleche (P1, P2) über die gesamte Kanallänge einstückig ausgebildet ist, beide Wellbleche (P1, P2) Wellenformen mit voneinander verschiedenen Wellenbiegungen bei nahezu gleicher Wellenlänge aufweisen, die Wellenbiegungen Wellenkämme und zwischen den Wellenkämmen liegende Flanken aufweisen, wobei die zum eintretenden Nassdampf hin gerichteten Flanken der Wellbleche (P1, P2) Perforationsflächen (Q) zum Abtrennen des Wassers aus dem Nassdampf aufweisen.
