Abstract
Convertidor electrónico multinivel de potencia para n niveles de tensión de salida, con una rama positiva (POS) con un terminal de tensión DC positiva (1), una rama negativa (NEG) con un terminal de tensión DC negativa (2), y un terminal de tensión AC (3) conectado a la rama positiva (POS) y a la rama negativa (NEG); al menos dos capacidades de bus DC (4) interconectadas entre los terminales de tensión DC positiva (1) y negativa (2), y un terminal de tensión DC intermedia (5) conectado entre las dos capacidades de bus DC (4); al menos dos primeros semiconductores externos (6) y al menos dos segundos semiconductores externos (7) con sendos diodos en antiparalelo, conectados en serie respectivamente en la ramas positivas (POS) y negativa (NEG) entre el terminal de tensión DC (1, 2) y el terminal de tensión AC (3); al menos una capacidad DC de elevada corriente (11) conectada entre las ramas positiva (POS) y (NEG), y al menos dos capacidades de alta frecuencia y baja corriente (12, 13, 14) conectadas entre las ramas positiva (POS) y negativa (NEG); una rama interna (INT) conectada en paralelo con cada capacidad DC de elevada corriente (11), que comprende al menos dos semiconductores internos (9) con diodos en antiparalelo, conectados en serie entre ellos y a un terminal intermedio (10); al menos un semiconductor intermedio (8) formado por dos semiconductores controlados con diodos en antiparalelo y conectados en antiserie, conectado entre el terminal de tensión DC intermedia (5) y el terminal intermedio (10).
