Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour l'extraction de la liqueur noire à partir d'un digesteur continu (8, 9) à tube horizontal. Le procédé comprend le passage d'un mélange de pulpe et de liqueur noir à partir d'un digesteur continu (8, 9) à tube horizontal à travers une presse à vis (11) à sensiblement la même pression que celle du digesteur continu (8, 9) à tube horizontal. La presse à vis (11) est configurée pour séparer la liqueur noire, incluant la liqueur noire liée de manière interstitielle, de la pulpe. Le procédé comprend en outre le stockage de la liqueur noire obtenue à partir de la presse à vis (11) dans un réservoir (14) maintenu sensiblement à la même pression que celle du digesteur continu (8, 9) à tube horizontal et de la presse à vis (11).
