Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de sitagliptine et, plus particulièrement, un procédé de préparation de sitagliptine utilisant de l'acide L-aspartique ayant une structure d'acide aminé (R)-bêta par formation douce d'amide, grâce à l'utilisation d'halogénoisopropylmagnésium industriellement applicable et par l'élimination d'un groupe protecteur d'amine à l'aide de Pd/C et de H2 et la réduction de carbonyle à l'aide d'un agent réducteur.
