Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés de récupération d'éthanol obtenu de l'hydrogénation d'acide acétique. L'acide acétique est hydrogéné en présence d'un catalyseur, dans un réacteur d'hydrogénation, pour former un produit d'éthanol brut. Le produit d'éthanol brut est séparé dans une ou plusieurs colonnes en vue de récupérer l'éthanol. Dans certains modes de réalisation, moins de 10% en poids d'éthanol sont recyclés vers le réacteur d'hydrogénation.
