Abstract

La présente invention concerne des étalons protéiques doublement marqués, utiles pour la détermination simultanée de la masse moléculaire d'une protéine sujet ainsi que la masse relative (à savoir, la quantité) de la protéine sujet présente dans une piste d'électrophorèse. Des modes de réalisation supplémentaires permettent d'assurer un suivi fluorescent qui peut être utilisé pour surveiller la progression du front ionique à travers un gel d'électrophorèse. Des modes de réalisation supplémentaires concernent des procédés de fabrication d'un colorant de suivi fluorescent. Cependant, des modes de réalisation supplémentaires concernent des coffrets contenant un colorant de suivi fluorescent et un étalon protéique doublement marqué.
