- the bottom protective wall 63 of 69) is generally planar.
- the side where the mounting portion is located means the side of the protective arm 6 facing the mounting portion 2 at the packaging position before use or the protective position after use, for example, Fig. 1, The left side of the drawing of 3; “the side away from the mounting portion (where)” refers to the side of the protective arm 6 opposite to the “facing side of the mounting portion". "Towards (or away from) the side of the guard arm (on the side)” is similar to the definition above, except that the object of discussion is the mounting portion 2 and the reference object is the guard arm 6.

It is conceivable that the recess 54 is not necessary. As long as the third projection 53 and the second projection 52 are engaged to prevent the guard arm 6 from rotating toward the needle during use, the desired effect of the holding device can be achieved.
- maintaining the guard arm in the predetermined position described above is a releasable retention that can be relieved by applying a greater force to the guard arm.
- This can be achieved by designing the interacting structural members to be elastic.

Free end.
- the third projection 53 slightly protrudes to form a small recess (not shown). When the second projection 52 and the third projection 53 are engaged in the recess, it is possible to more effectively prevent at least the guard arm 6 from rotating in the direction of the needle (Fig. 15).
- the third protrusion 53 is not necessary to prevent the guard arm from rotating toward the needle during use. As described above, as long as the second projection 52 is located on the rotational path of the hinge arm at the free end of the retaining arm, the second projection 52 can engage the free end of the retaining arm to prevent the guard arm from rotating toward the hub or needle. If the joint is also accompanied by deformation caused by mutual interference, the guard arm can be prevented from rotating away from the needle seat or the needle at the same time.

- the seventh embodiment is similar to the embodiment shown in FIGS. 13 to 19, and includes a hook member 92 formed in the guard arm 6 as a second engaging member; however, the difference is that In Figs. 22 and 23, the first "" joint member is a card groove 95 formed outside the columnar portion 96.
- the hook member 92 can be engaged with the card slot 95 in a non-releasable manner For example, as shown in FIG. 23, it is caught on the wall of the card slot 95.
- the engagement of the hook member 92 with the card slot 95 is similar to the engagement of the hook member 92 and the cylindrical member 91 described above, and will not be described herein.
- the card slot 95 shown in Figs. 22 and 23 replaces the cylindrical member 91.
- the guard arm 6 may also include a third hook 64.
- the third hook member 64 includes a pillar portion 641 extending from the bottom guard wall 63 toward the side of the mounting portion 2, and a hook portion 642 bent toward the bottom guard wall 63 at the free end of the pillar portion 641.
- the hook portion 642 which is bent toward the bottom guard wall 63 can be easily guided into the hook portion 642 of the hook member 64 and is caught in the hook portion 642 in a non-releasable manner.
- the guard arm 6 may further include a fourth hook member 65.
- the fourth hook member 65 and the third hook member 64 have the same structure and are arranged along the extending direction of the guard arm 6 such that the hook portions of the fourth hook member 65 and the third hook member 64 are alternately opposed. This staggered relative layout facilitates more accurate guiding of the needle 1 .
- the third and fourth hook members are cut out on the bottom guard wall 63, and then the hook member is raised toward the open side of the guard arm 6.
- the above hooks thus, an opening is formed in the position of the bottom guard wall 63 opposite the hook portion of the hook member.
- a pair of guide ribs 66 having a guide bevel at the upper end may be provided along the inner side of the pair of side guard walls 61. This arrangement is particularly advantageous for constraining the needle 1 to the position of the hooks 64, 65 and is therefore particularly suitable for situations where the needle 11 is bent after use.
- the other end of the opposite end of the fourth end may also form an end guard wall 62 that connects the bottom guard wall 63 and the pair of side guard walls 61 together.
- the end shield wall 62 provides further protection against the needle 11 that is caught in the hook member.
- the needle guard 1 can be integrally formed by an injection molding process using a plastic material as The integrally injection molded part; or the protective arm 6 with the second protruding portion 52 of the holding device 5 and the mounting portion 2 with the other part of the holding device 5, respectively, and then the two are joined together by injection molding of the hinge member.
- the protective arm structure of the invention does not need to use a mold with a slider during injection molding, simplifies the mold structure, greatly increases the number of mold cavities (for example, can reach 96 cavities), and is very advantageous for one injection molding by using a large mold. Obtaining a large number of molded products significantly reduces the production cost of the guard arm. Moreover, the protective arm structure of the present invention has a low mold opening requirement, which also facilitates simplification of the mold structure and reduces the manufacturing and use cost of the mold.
- an anti-slip structure 9 is formed on the side of the bottom guard wall 63 on the side away from the mounting portion.
- the anti-slip structure 9 may be a plurality of ribs as shown, or may be other non-slip resistant structures such as a rugged surface or a rough or friction coefficient sheet adhered to the surface of the bottom protective wall.
- the anti-slip structure 9 may be formed on the bottom protective wall of the second portion 69 of the guard arm 6; it may also be formed on the corner portion 67 to become a non-slip corner.
- the anti-slip structure is easy for the relevant person to grasp by hand to prevent accidental slippage.
- the anti-slip structure especially the anti-slip angle, facilitates the arrangement of these medical devices and prevents mutual sliding between these medical devices.
