Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'une pièce composite (18) formée d'une matière de noyau (3) et d'une matière d'enveloppe (2), au moyen d'un processus d'extrusion. Selon ce procédé, dans une première étape du procédé, la matière d'enveloppe (2) qui recouvre extérieurement au moins une partie de la matière composite (18) selon l'invention est fabriquée par une opération d'emboutissage à partir d'une ébauche (1) en forme de plaque ou en forme de tube, la matière de noyau (3) étant utilisée comme élément rapporté de piston pour l'emboutissage de la matière d'enveloppe (2), la matière d'enveloppe (2) et la matière de noyau (3) entrant en contact superficiel serré l'une avec l'autre et la forme intermédiaire préformée de cette manière de la pièce composite (18) faite d'une matière d'enveloppe emboutie (2) et d'une matière de noyau partiellement enveloppante (3) étant ensuite soumise à une opération d'extrusion conjointe dans laquelle la forme finale de la pièce composite (18) est obtenue par déformation plastique.
