Claims (31)
- 상품에 대한 미래 구매를 담보로 할인율을 지원받을 수 있는 경매에 참여하기 위한 분할 구매권의 구입과 경매 참여 신호를 발생하는 구매자 단말기와;미래의 판매를 담보하는 분할 구매권을 구매자에게 발행하기 위해 발행 요구 및 판매 상품정보 등록, 판매 조건 등록을 수행하는 판매자 단말기와;각 판매자별로 발행된 분할 구매권을 소셜 경매 참여조건으로 판매하고, 구매자 정보를 등록하며, 각 분할 구매권별 경매 번호를 생성하여 등록하고, 경매 처리를 수행하는 소셜 경매 서비스 운영서버로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 분할 구매권은 특정 상품에 대한 미래의 구매를 약정하는 브랜드 분할 구매권과;불특정 상품에 대한 미래의 구매를 약정하는 프리 분할 구매권으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 소셜 경매는 그 참여자의 조건으로 특정 시간이나 특정 제품의 광고 시청자일 수도 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 소셜 경매는 브랜드 분할 구매권 및 프리 분할 구매권의 판매대금과, 판매자의 프로모션 비용중 적어도 하나이상이 포함된 비용이 낙찰 대금의 재원이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 소셜 경매서비스 운영서버는 브랜드 분할 구매권으로 경매에 참여한 낙찰자에게는 해당 브랜드 상품의 낙찰 할인율과, 브랜드 분할 구매권의 기본 할인율을 계정에 등록하도록 처리하고,프리 분할 구매권으로 경매에 참여한 낙찰자에게는 프리 분할 구매권의 기본할인율과, 해당 브랜드 상품의 낙찰 할인율을 현금으로 환산하여 해당 낙찰자의 계정에 각각 구분하여 등록하도록 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 프리 분할 구매권은 상기 소셜 경매서비스 운영서버에 미리 등록한 특정 판매자들의 상품만을 구매할 수 있는 구매권인 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 소셜 경매서비스 운영서버는 분할 구매권의 구매자에게 소셜 경매 번호를 생성하여 제공하며, 동일한 소셜 경매번호를 갖는 구매자는 동일한 경매에 참여하도록 처리하고, 동일 경매에서는 1회만 입찰신호를 발생할 수 있도록 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 소셜 경매서비스 운영서버는 브랜드 분할 구매권의 구매자 수가 소정 범위내인 경우에만 소셜 경매 개시조건이 충족한 것으로 판단하도록 판매자의 설정정보를 등록하고 경매 개시여부를 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 소셜 경매서비스 운영서버는 소셜 경매 개시 전까지 총 판매된 분할 구매권을 특정 상품에 대한 누적 할인율로 환산하여 구매자가 확인 가능하게 화면에 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 소셜 경매서비스 운영서버는 소셜 경매 진행중 낙찰자의 발생으로 차감됨으로써 갱신되는 총 잔여 누적 할인율을 구매자가 확인 가능하게 화면에 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 브랜드 분할 구매권이나 프리 분할 구매권은 그 판매대금이 지정 상품의 판매대금에 대한 소정 비율에 해당하는 금액인 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 판매자는 브랜드 분할 구매권의 구매자 각자에게 추가 할인율을 제공할 수 있도록 상기 소셜 경매서비스 운영서버에 추가 할인율 정보를 등록할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 소셜 경매에 대한 재원으로 판매자가 특정 개수의 판매제품에 대한 비용을 제공할 수도 있으며, 특정 개수의 판매제품을 각 제품별로 제한된 할인 범위내에서 낙찰 처리가 이루어지도록 미리 지정하여 제공하는 것도 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 소셜 경매서비스 운영서버에 구매자가 미리 소셜 경매에 대한 입찰 예약 정보를 등록할 수 있게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 소셜 경매서비스 운영서버는 판매자가 로컬 소셜 경매를 지정한 경우, 해당 로컬 외의 지역에 거주하는 낙찰자에게는 소정 회수 이상의 비낙찰시 낙찰자로 선정될 수 있도록 로컬 범위내의 낙찰자에게 우선 낙찰권을 부여하도록 설정되고 경매를 처리할 수도 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 소셜 경매는 경매개시후 시간 경과에 따라 자동으로 해당 상품에 대해 할인율이 증가되게 처리되며, 특정 할인율에 대한 유저의 선택신호에 따라 해당 할인율에 대한 낙찰이 이루어진 것으로 상기 소셜 경매서비스 운영서버가 처리하며, 입찰신호를 발생하지 않은 구매자를 대상으로 할인율이 이어서 증가되도록 처리되는 경매인 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 소셜 경매는 경매개시후 시간 경과에 따라 자동으로 해당 상품에 대해 할인율이 증가되게 처리되며, 특정 할인율에 대한 유저의 선택신호에 따라 해당 할인율에 대한 낙찰이 이루어지면 해당 회차의 경매를 종료하고 잔여 누적 할인율이 존재하면 입찰신호를 발생하지 않은 구매자를 대상으로 신규 경매를 진행하도록 하는 경매일 수도 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 소셜 경매서비스 운영서버는 낙찰로 소진된 후 갱신된 잔여 할인율이 존재하는 한 지속적으로 소셜 경매를 진행하게 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 소셜 경매서비스 운영서버는 프리 분할 구매권으로 인해 경매 낙찰된 낙찰자가 보유한 기본 할인율 및 낙찰 할인율이 환산된 현금으로 상품을 구매하고자 하는 경우, 해당 상품의 판매자가 미리 제한한 할인율 이내에서만 기본 할인율이 사용될 수 있게 판매자의 할인율 사용제한 범위를 등록하고, 구매자 계정에 보유된 프리 분할 구매권 정보를 비교하여 차감 처리하게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 소셜 경매서비스 운영서버는 각 판매자별로 사용 가능한 프리 분할 구매권의 할인금액 한도를 구매자가 열람 가능하게 게시한 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 분할 구매권은 발행 시 유통기한이 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 소셜 경매서비스 운영서버는 각 구매자의 분할 구매권 구입빈도수에 따라 추가 할인금액을 지급할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 소셜 경매서비스 운영서버는 단일 업체가 판매하는 다수의 제품을 동시에 구매해야 할인이 적용되는 제품 패키지 브랜드 구매권과, 다수 업체가 판매하는 제품을 동시에 구매해야 할인이 적용되는 업체 패키지 브랜드 구매권과, 특정 지역내의 업체 제품을 구매해야 할인이 적용되는 지역 패키지 브랜드 구매권을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 23항에 있어서,상기 제품 패키지 브랜드 구매권과, 업체 패키지 브랜드 구매권과, 지역 패키지 브랜드 구매권의 발행에 참여하는 판매자의 선택은 함께 참여하는 다른 판매자의 동의에 의해 결정되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 23항에 있어서,상기 제품 패키지 브랜드 구매권과, 업체 패키지 브랜드 구매권과, 지역 패키지 브랜드 구매권은 각각 독립적인 할인금액이나 할인율이 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 소셜 경매서비스 운영서버는 브랜드 분할 구매권과 프리 분할 구매권에 대해 누적 할인율이 모두 소진되지 않은 시점에 판매자와 구매자의 동의 여부에 따라 교체되게 처리할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 26항에 있어서,상기 소셜 경매서비스 운영서버는 특정 할인율에 낙찰된 브랜드 분할 구매권과 프리 분할 구매권에 대해서 신규 구매자에게 판매할 수 있도록 처리할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 소셜 경매서비스 운영서버는 브랜드 분할 구매권 또는 프리 분할 구매권을 제 3자에게 선물하는 기프트 분할 구매권의 발행을 승인하고, 그 기프트 분할 구매권을 통해 소셜 경매 낙찰시 낙찰자의 구매에 적용되는 할인금액을 구매자에게도 동일하게 적용할 수 있게 기프트 분할 구매권의 소유자 계정정보에 구매자 정보가 연동되게 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 소셜 경매서비스 운영서버는 분할 구매권 판매대금과, 판매자의 프로모션 비용과, 광고주의 광고비용을 소셜 경매 재원으로 설정하여, 낙찰자의 광고 시청여부를 판단하여 낙찰된 할인금액에 추가 인센티브를 부여하도록 광고비용을 처리하게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 소셜 경매서비스 운영서버는 판매자가 설정한 판매 개수가 정상 가격으로 판매되면 다음 순차로 일정 개수는 기설정된 할인금액으로 판매되게 가격을 할인처리하여 정상 판매와 할인 판매를 교번적으로 처리할 수 있게 변동 가격정보와 가격결정 변수정보와 함께 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
- 제 30항에 있어서,상기 소셜 경매서비스 운영서버는 판매자들이 위탁한 제품의 판매를 대행처리하는 서버인 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 경매방식을 통한 온라인 판매 시스템.
