  • the present invention relates to a method for mailing, delivering, and receiving a mail package remotely controlled by a computer. Specifically, the present invention relates to a specially designed mail address and mail label, which can shield the sender and the recipient's individual. • delivery methods are divided into address delivery, user collection and other methods of consultation with users.
  • (1) Disclosure of the recipient's personal privacy data The above-mentioned several delivery methods must provide the recipient's real address, name, phone number and other personal privacy information. This may result in the public disclosure of the recipient's personal privacy data. From the mailing of the mail package to the receipt of the recipient, the whole process is long, the links are numerous, and the personnel facing the complex are complicated, which brings great security risks to the recipient. In addition, the courier frequently visits the door, resulting in a complicated environment, which is easy for the illegal elements to take advantage of. In order to avoid the disclosure of personal privacy information and to block the real address, some customers rent postal mailboxes from postal enterprises.
  • the main problem of the above-mentioned delivery handover method is that the delivery person has not verified the identity of the recipient; the second is that the collection and delivery procedures are not perfect, and the responsibility is difficult to define; the third is that the postal enterprise (the express delivery service organization) only has the name and quantity of the internals or The weight is responsible, and the sender is not present at the time of acceptance. The lack of clear definition of responsibility is likely to cause disputes between the sender, the postal enterprise (the courier service organization) and the recipient.
  • Postal postal delivery frequency, delivery depth, etc. are specified in the postal universal service and courier service standards. Commitment, but other parcels other than the usual letter need to be handed over in person, so when the recipient is absent, the courier needs to be delivered multiple times. If the recipient address is complicated or the sender fills in an inaccurate one, it is not easy for the courier to find the delivery address. These factors have led to poor delivery efficiency.
