Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'amélioration de la conductivité électrique d'un film de PEDOT:PSS consistant à utiliser un substrat possédant un film de PEDOT:PSS sur une surface du substrat ; et à traiter thermiquement ledit film avec un composé contenant du fluor ou un acide. La présente invention concerne également un film de PEDOT:PSS préparé selon le procédé.
