Abstract

본 발명은 히트 펌프 시스템에 관한 것이며, 상세하게는 공기 열원형 히트 펌프 시스템의 온수 생성과, 실외 열교환기의 제상 및 냉각구조에 관한 것으로서, 무비용 열원과 열교환된 열매체를 실외 열교환기에 순환시킬 때, 무비용 열원의 활용효율을 높이고, 성적계수를 양호하게 향상하며, 항상 온수를 생성할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 본 발명은 압축기(11), 4 웨이 밸브(12), 실내 열교환기(13), 냉각용 팽창밸브(14), 가열용 팽창밸브(15), 실외 열교환기(16) 및 상기 4 웨이 밸브(12)를 냉매도관(17)으로 순서대로 연결하고, 상기 4 웨이 밸브(12)와 압축기(11)를 냉매 흡입도관(18)으로 연결한 기본 냉동 사이클(10)과; 상기 냉매도관(17)의 압축기(11)와 4 웨이 밸브(12) 사이에 설치한 온수 가열회로(20)와; 상기 실외 열교환기(16)에 보조 열교환기(32)를 설치하고, 무비용 열원 저장조(33)에 열교환기(31)를 설치하여서, 상기 보조 열교환기(32)와 열교환기(31)를 순환펌프(35)를 부설한 열매체 공급관(34a)과 열매체 복귀관(34b)으로 폐회로가 형성되게 연결한 제상 및 냉각수단(30)과; 상기 열매체 공급관(34a) 및 냉매도관(17)의 실외 열교환기(16)와 4 웨이 밸브(12) 사이에 설치한 성능 향상수단(40);을 포함하여 구성한 것이다.
