본 발명은 상술한 문제점을 해결하고자 안출된 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 회전캡을 회전시에 승하강부재가 수직안내홈 및 나선형홈을 따라 이동하며 승하강되어 브러쉬의 상단을 가압하거나 가압을 해제함으로써, 브러쉬의 형상 변형을 통한 볼륨(volume), 컬링(curling), 롱래쉬(long lash) 기능을 제공할 수 있는 브러쉬의 변형이 가능한 마스카라 용기를 제공하는 것이다.

상기 결합부(210)는 상기 용기본체(100)의 배출부(110)에 나사결합되는 것으로서, 배출부(110)의 제1나사산(111)에 나사결합되는 것이 가능하도록 그 내주면에 제2나사산(211)이 형성된다.
한편, 상기 결합부(210)의 외주면에는 후술할 외캡(500)의 가압에 의해 외캡(500)과 맞물리며 회전되는 것이 가능하도록 미끄럼방지돌기(212)가 형성되는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 미끄럼방지돌기(212)는 사용자가 외캡(500)을 회전시에 외캡(500)이 헛도는 것을 방지함으로써, 외캡(500)의 회전과 함께 내캡(200)이 회전하여 용기본체(100)와 내캡(200)의 나사결합이 해체되는 것을 가능하게 한다.
상기 안내관체(220)는 상기 결합부(210)의 상부로 연장형성되어 승하강부재(400)의 승하강 이동을 안내하는 것으로서, 승하강부재(400)에 형성된 한 쌍의 안내돌기(410)가 결합되는 한 쌍의 나선형홈(221)이 형성된다.
상기 나선형홈(221)은 회전캡(600)을 회전시에 상기 안내돌기(410)의 이동을 가이드함으로써, 승하강부재(400)의 승하강 이동을 가이드하게 된다.
한편, 상기 나선형홈(221)의 선단부와 말단부에는 안내돌기(410)를 고정시키는 고정홈이 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 회전체(300)는 상기 안내관체(220)를 감싸며 결합되는 것으로서, 그 상부가 회전캡(600)에 고정되어 회전캡(600)의 회전에 따라 함께 회전되도록 구성된다.
상기 회전체(300)의 내주면 양측에는 상기 안내돌기(410)가 결합되는 수직안내홈(310)이 형성되는데, 상기 수직안내홈(310)은 안내돌기(410)가 안내관체(220)의 나선형홈(221)을 따라 회전운동을 하면서 안내되어짐과 동시에 안내돌기(410)의 승하강 이동을 가이드하게 된다.
상기 승하강부재(400)는 상기 내캡(200) 및 회전체(300)를 관통하여 결합되는 긴 원통형으로 구성되는 것으로서, 그 내부에 브러쉬부(700)의 솔대(710)가 삽입된다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 승하강부재(400)의 상부 양측에는 상기 나선형홈(221) 및 수직안내홈(310)에 결합되는 한 쌍의 안내돌기(410)가 형성되는 것이 특징으로서, 상기 안내돌기(410)는 회전체(300)의 회전에 의해 상기 나선형홈(221) 및 수직안내홈(310)에 의해 안내되어 승하강부재(400)의 승하강 이동을 가능하게 한다.
상기 외캡(500)은 상기 용기본체(100)의 상부에서 상기 내캡(200) 및 회전체(300)를 감싸며 결합되는 것으로서, 본 발명에 있어서, 상기 외캡(500)은 그 내측에 위치하는 내캡(200)을 가압하여 회전시킴으로써, 용기본체(100)와 내캡(200)의 결합 및 해체를 가능하게 하는 것이 특징이다.
상기 외캡(500)은 용기본체(100)와 내캡(200)의 결합 및 해체를 가능하게 함으로써, 상기 용기본체(100)로부터 탈리되거나 결합되는 것이 가능하게 되며, 이로 인하여, 브러쉬부(700)의 사용 및 보관을 가능하게 한다.
상기 회전캡(600)은 상기 외캡(500)의 상부에 회전가능하도록 결합되는 것으로서, 그 내측에 상기 회전체(300)가 결합되어 사용자 조작에 따라 회전하며 상기 회전체(300)를 함께 회전시키도록 구성된다. 상기 회전캡(600)은 상기 회전체(300)를 회전시킴으로써, 회전체(300)에 결합된 상기 승하강부재(400)의 승하강을 가능하게 한다.
또한, 상기 회전캡(600)의 내측에는 후술할 브러쉬부(700)의 솔대(710)를 고정시키는 고정부(610)가 형성되는데, 상기 고정부(610)에는 솔대(710)의 고정이 가능하도록 고정홈(611)이 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 브러쉬부(700)는 상기 승하강부재(400)를 관통하여 상기 회전캡(600)의 내측에 결합되며, 속눈썹 화장을 가능하게 하는 것으로서, 길이가 긴 바형상으로 이루어져 회전캡(600)의 내측에 결합되는 솔대(710)와, 상기 솔대(710)의 끝단에 결합되는 브러쉬(720)로 구성된다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 브러쉬(720)는 탄성재질로 이루어져 상기 승하강부재(400)의 하강에 따른 가압해 의해 변형이 발생하는 것이 특징으로서, 이를 위하여 상기 브러쉬(720)의 상부에는 상기 승하강부재(400)가 안착되는 안착부(721)가 형성된다. 상기 안착부(721)는 상기 승하강부재(400)의 가압에 의해 하방향으로 이동하며 브러쉬(720)의 형상을 변형시키게 되는데, 이로 인하여, 브러쉬(720)의 형상이 속눈썹과 동일한 형상으로 변형되어 하나의 브러쉬(720)를 통해 볼륨(volume), 컬링(curling), 롱래쉬(long lash) 기능을 제공할 수 있게 되며, 사용자가 원하는 부위에 내용물을 정확하게 도포할 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 상기 브러쉬(720)는 승하강부재(400)가 안착부(721)를 가압하여 외주면 전체가 속눈썹과 동일한 곡면을 형성함으로써, 브러쉬(720)의 특정 방향에 상관없이 자유롭게 속눈썹 화장이 가능하게 되는 것이 특징이다.
한편, 상기 솔대(710)의 상부에는 상기 고정홈(611)에 결합되어 회전캡(600)에 고정되는 것이 가능하도록 고정돌기(711)가 구비되는 것이 바람직하다.
이하에서는 도 7 내지 9를 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 브러쉬의 변형이 가능한 마스카라 용기의 사용방법을 설명하기로 한다.
도 7 내지 9는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 브러쉬의 변형이 가능한 마스카라 용기의 사용방법을 보인 설명도이다.
도 7 내지 9를 참조하면, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 브러쉬의 변형이 가능한 마스카라 용기의 사용방법은 먼저, 사용자가 외캡(500)을 회전시키면, 외캡(500)의 내측에서 외캡(500)과 맞물린 내캡(200)의 회전이 이루어지게 되며, 이로 인하여, 용기본체(100)와 내캡(200)의 나사결합이 해체되어 외캡(500)이 용기본체(100)로부터 탈리된다.
상기와 같이, 외캡(500)을 용기본체(100)로부터 탈리시킨 후, 회전캡(600)을 회전하게 되면, 회전캡(600)에 결합된 회전체(300)의 회전이 이루어지게 되며, 회전체(300)의 회전에 따라 수직안내홈(310) 및 안내관체(220)의 나선형홈(221)에 결합된 안내돌기(410)가 이동하여 승하강부재(400)의 하강이 이루어지게 된다.
승하강부재(400)가 하강되면, 승하강부재(400)의 하단이 브러쉬(720)의 안착부(721)를 가압하게 되며, 이로 인하여, 안착부(721)가 하방향으로 이동하며 탄성재질로 구성되는 브러쉬(720)의 변형이 발생하게 된다.
전술한 바와 같이, 본 발명은 승하강부재(400)가 안착부(721)를 가압하거나 가압을 해제함에 따라, 브러쉬(720)가 일자형 또는 속눈썹 모양과 대응되는 형상으로 변형됨으로써, 하나의 브러쉬(720)를 이용해 볼륨(volume), 컬링(curling), 롱래쉬(long lash) 기능을 제공하는 것이 가능하게 되며, 특히, 브러쉬(720)의 외주면 전체가 속눈썹과 동일한 곡면을 형성함으로써, 브러쉬(720)의 특정 방향에 상관없이 자유롭게 속눈썹 화장이 가능하게 되는 것이다.
도면과 명세서에서 최적 실시 예들이 개시되었다. 여기서 특정한 용어들이 사용되었으나, 이는 단지 본 발명을 설명하기 위한 목적에서 사용된 것이지 의미한정이나 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 범위를 제한하기 위하여 사용된 것은 아니다. 그러므로 본 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시 예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의해 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 내용물이 수용되는 용기본체;
    상기 용기본체의 상부에 결합되며, 한 쌍의 나선형홈이 형성된 안내관체가 구비되는 내캡;
    상기 안내관체를 감싸며 결합되며 내주면 양측으로 수직안내홈이 형성되는 회전체;
    상기 내캡 및 회전체를 관통하여 결합되되, 상기 나선형홈 및 수직안내홈에 결합되어 승하강되도록 상부 양측에 한 쌍의 안내돌기가 형성되는 승하강부재;
    상기 용기본체의 상부에서 상기 내캡 및 회전체를 감싸며 결합되되, 상기 용기본체로부터 탈리가능하게 결합되는 외캡;
    상기 외캡의 상부에 회전가능하도록 결합되되, 내측에 상기 회전체가 결합되어 사용자 조작에 따라 회전하며 상기 회전체를 함께 회전시키는 회전캡; 및
    상기 승하강부재를 관통하여 상기 회전캡의 내측에 결합되는 솔대와, 상기 솔대의 끝단에 결합되는 브러쉬를 포함하되, 상기 승하강부재의 가압해 의해 변형되는 브러쉬부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브러쉬의 변형이 가능한 마스카라 용기.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 내캡에는 상기 용기본체의 상부에 나사결합되는 결합부가 구비되되, 상기 결합부의 외주면에는 상기 외캡의 가압에 의해 외캡과 맞물리며 회전되도록 미끄럼방지돌기가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브러쉬의 변형이 가능한 마스카라 용기.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 브러쉬의 상부에는 상기 승하강부재가 안착되는 안착부가 형성되되, 상기 안착부는 상기 승하강부재의 가압에 의해 하방향으로 이동하며 브러쉬의 형상을 변형시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 브러쉬의 변형이 가능한 마스카라 용기.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 회전캡의 내측에는 상기 솔대를 고정시키는 고정부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브러쉬의 변형이 가능한 마스카라 용기.
