Abstract

본 발명은 온라인상에서 런타임 엔진을 이용한 네트워크 접속 미디어 기기의 사용자 컨트롤에 대한 제어 장치 및 이를 이용한 제어 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 런타임 엔진을 이용한 네트워크 접속 미디어 기기의 사용자 컨트롤에 대한 제어 시스템은, 디스플레이 장치를 제공하는 제조사, 미디어 공급사, 상기 미디어 공급사와 계약을 맺고 최종 소비자에게 미디어를 공급하는 포탈 또는 SNS 제공자 중 어느 하나 이상의 미디어 제공자와; 사용자가 보유하고 있는 개인 휴대기기를 원격 제어기로 활용함에 있어 상기 미디어 제공자와의 중계자 역할을 담당하며, 상기 개인 휴대기기의 제어를 받기 위해 외부 디스플레이와 접속하여 제어를 수행하는 컨트롤러와, 상기 개인 휴대기기의 사용자에게 동적으로 다양한 메뉴의 구성을 제공하기 위한 실행엔진부와, GUI 엔진부를 탑재하는 하나 이상의 미디어 게이트웨이와; 상기 미디어 제공자 또는 미디어 게이트웨이로부터 송수신되는 데이터 제어, 미디어의 채널 선택, 상세 정보 요청, 음향을 조절을 제어하고, 다른 사용자들의 단말에 설치된 어플리케이션과 데이터를 교환하는 실행 엔진/제어부와, 운영체제에서 구동되기 위한 실행엔진 및 데이터를 저장하는 메모리부와, 자신의 위치정보를 설정하는 GPS/위치 인식부, 화면 영역인 표시부와, 통신을 담당하는 무선통신부를 포함한다.
