Abstract
La présente invention concerne un appareil destiné à prévenir la dislocation d'une tête fémorale prothétique et son procédé d'utilisation. Le col (5) fémoral raccordé à une prothèse (4) est inséré dans la tête (2) fémorale prothétique, un anneau (3) de fixation de capsule articulaire est emmanché sur le col (5) fémoral raccordé à la prothèse (4), et une fixation (1) de contour de suture de capsule articulaire est raccordée à l'anneau (3) de fixation de capsule articulaire. Selon le procédé d'utilisation de l'appareil destiné à prévenir la dislocation d'une tête fémorale prothétique, pendant la chirurgie, une fois que la capsule articulaire est incisée dans la longueur et ouverte, l'appareil est placé à l'intérieur, puis la capsule articulaire ouverte est refermée avant de passer à travers la fixation (1) de contour de suture de capsule articulaire en vue d'une suture et d'une stabilisation. Cet appareil peut être utilisé dans la chirurgie de remplacement de la tête fémorale prothétique ou de la capsule articulaire. Ledit appareil permet de résoudre le problème selon lequel, lorsqu'une tête fémorale prothétique et un col fémoral prothétique sont dépourvus de la protection enveloppante d'une capsule articulaire, la tête fémorale prothétique est susceptible de subir une dislocation à partir de l'acétabulum, ce qui donne lieu à un échec chirurgical.
