  • Further exemplary materials for the inner layer can be prepared from melt processable polymers or by solvent coated polymers that can degrade in 2-4 weeks time period. Abstract

La présente invention concerne un cathéter (11) de guidage des sécrétions biliopancréatiques qui comprend une paroi tubulaire allongée (16) s'étendant entre une partie d'extrémité proximale (12) et une partie d'extrémité distale (13), la paroi tubulaire (16) ayant une couche extérieure (17) et au moins un revêtement intérieur (18) formant une surface interne (19) qui définit un canal de passage de fluide (20) du cathéter (11), le revêtement intérieur (18) étant dégradable et adapté à se détacher de la paroi tubulaire (16) conjointement à d'éventuels dépôts sur celui-ci.
