Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein mehrstufiges Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung von organischen Polyisocyanaten, vorzugsweise von Diisocyanaten, besonders bevorzugt von aliphatischen oder cycloaliphatischen Diisocyanaten, durch Umsetzung der entsprechenden organischen Polyamine mit Kohlensäurederivaten und Alkoholen in niedermolekulare monomere Polyurethane und deren Spaltung. Ein weiterer Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein zugehöriges Herstellverfahren, bei dem an bestimmten Reaktionsstufen die hergestellten Polyisocyanate und unverwertbaren Rückstände abgetrennt und wiederverwendbare Neben- und Zwischenprodukte in Vorstufen zurückgeführt werden.
