Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'extraction de gaz de schiste par l'intermédiaire d'un trou de forage (10) creusé par forage directionnel, le gaz de schiste étant accumulé dans une couche rocheuse (20) fermée. Le procédé consiste à injecter un fluide de fracturation (F) dans le trou de forage (10). Lorsque le fluide de fracturation (F) atteint une pression prédéfinie à l'intérieur du trou de forage (10), le trou de forage est fermé de manière résistante à la pression. Le fluide de fracturation (F) est chauffé pour augmenter la pression au-delà de la plus petite tension présente dans la couche rocheuse.
