Claims (8)
- 軸方向において円環状下面を有した円環状の上部ケース基部、この上部ケース基部の円環状下面の径方向の内周端部から垂下した内周側円筒垂下部及び上部ケース基部の円環状下面の径方向の外周端部から垂下した外周側円筒垂下部を夫々一体的に有した合成樹脂製の上部ケースと、この上部ケースに対して軸心の回りで回転自在となるように当該上部ケースに重ね合わされていると共に軸方向において円環状上面を有した円環状の下部ケース基部及びこの下部ケース基部の円環状上面から上部ケース基部の円環状下面に向かって突出した円環状突部を夫々一体的に有した合成樹脂製の下部ケースと、軸方向における円環状の上面及び径方向の円筒状の内周面で上部ケース基部の円環状下面及び内周側円筒垂下部の径方向の外周面に摺動自在に接触する一方、軸方向における円環状の下面及び径方向の円筒状の外周面で円環状突部の軸方向における環状上面及び径方向の円筒状内周面に接触するように、上部ケース基部の円環状下面及び下部ケース基部の円環状突部の環状上面間の環状空間並びに内周側円筒垂下部の外周面及び円環状突部の円筒状内周面間の環状空間に配された合成樹脂製の滑り軸受片と、径方向の内周側には、上部ケースの内周側円筒垂下部及び下部ケース基部の円環状突部間の隙間を閉鎖するように、上部ケースの内周側円筒垂下部の径方向の内周面に接触する可撓性の内周側環状シール部を、径方向の外周側には、上部ケースの外周側円筒垂下部及び下部ケース基部の円環状突部間の隙間を閉鎖するように、上部ケースの外周側円筒垂下部の径方向の内周面に接触する可撓性の外周側環状シール部を夫々有すると共に内周側環状シール部及び外周側環状シール部を相互に連結する連結部を有している合成樹脂製のシール部材とを具備しており、内周側環状シール部及び外周側環状シール部は、下部ケース基部の円環状突部の環状上面の複数個の穴部に配された柱状部を有した連結部と共に一体成形されている合成樹脂製の滑り軸受。
- 内周側環状シール部は、下部ケース基部の円環状突部の円筒内面に円周方向に沿って一体的に形成された複数個の突部を覆って当該円環状突部の円筒内面に接合された円環状の内周シール基部と、この内周シール基部の径方向の内周端部に連接されていると共に上部ケースの内周側円筒垂下部の外周面に弾性的に撓み接触する可撓性の内周シール部とを具備しており、この内周シール部は、内周シール基部の厚みよりも小さい厚みを有していると共に内周シール基部の内周端部に連接されている外周端部から斜め下方に伸びている請求項1に記載の合成樹脂製の滑り軸受。
- 外周側環状シール部は、下部ケース基部の円環状突部の外周縁の円環状平面部に連なる外周面及び該外周面に円周方向に沿って一体的に形成された複数個の突起を覆って当該外周面に接合された円環状の外周シール基部と、この外周シール基部に連接されていると共に外周側円筒垂下部の台形断面円筒部の内周面に弾性的に撓み接触する可撓性の外周シール部とを具備しており、この外周シール部は、外周シール基部の厚みよりも小さい厚みを有していると共に外周シール基部の外周端部に連接されている内周端部から斜め下方に伸びている請求項1又は2に記載の合成樹脂製の滑り軸受。
- 複数個の穴部の夫々は、下部ケース基部の円環状突部の環状上面の外周縁部に円周方向に沿って立設された複数個の湾曲状の突起部間の切れ目の夫々に位置しており、下部ケース基部の円環状突部は、径方向外方の一端では径方向外方に、径方向内方の他端では穴部に夫々開口している外周側の凹溝と、径方向外方の一端では穴部に、径方向内方の他端では径方向内方に夫々開口している内周側の凹溝とを具備しており、連結部は、径方向内方では柱状部に一体形成されている一方、径方向外方では外周側環状シール部に一体形成されていると共に外周側の凹溝に配された外側連結部と、径方向の外方では柱状部に一体的に形成されている一方、径方向内方では内周側環状シール部に一体的に形成されていると共に内周側の凹溝に配された内側連結部とを具備している請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の合成樹脂製の滑り軸受。
- 滑り軸受片は、上部ケース基部の円環状下面に摺動自在に接触する円環状の上面及び下部ケース基部の円環状突部の環状上面に接触する円環状の下面を夫々有している円環状のスラスト滑り軸受片部と、一端部でスラスト滑り軸受片部の一端部から軸方向下方に伸びて当該一端部に一体的に形成されていると共に上部ケース基部の内周側円筒垂下部の外周面に摺動自在に接触する円環状の内側面及び下部ケース基部の円環状突部の内周面に接触する円環状の外側面を夫々有した円筒状のラジアル滑り軸受片部と、スラスト滑り軸受片部の外周面から径方向外方に突出していると共に下部ケースに対して滑り軸受片が円周方向に回転しないように円周方向において下部ケース基部の円環状突部の環状上面の外周縁部に当該外周縁部に沿って立設された複数個の湾曲状の突起部間に配された複数個の径方向突板片部とを具備している請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の合成樹脂製の滑り軸受。
- スラスト滑り軸受片部は、その円環状の上面の内周側に設けられた円環状溝と、円環状溝に一端で開口している一方、他端でその外周面で開口していると共にその上面に円周方向に等間隔に離間して設けられた複数個の径方向溝とを有しており、ラジアル滑り軸受片部は、両端で開口して円環状の内側面に円周方向に等間隔に離間して設けられた複数個の軸方向溝を有している請求項5に記載の合成樹脂製の滑り軸受。
- スラスト滑り軸受片部は、その円環状の上面に円周方向に沿い、かつ径方向に少なくとも内側列と外側列の二列にわたって形成された複数個の内側凹部及び外側凹部を有しており、ラジアル滑り軸受片部は、両端で開口して円環状の内側面に円周方向に等間隔に離間して設けられた複数個の軸方向溝を有している請求項5に記載の合成樹脂製の滑り軸受。
