Abstract

불필요한 자재비를 줄이고, 3차원 표면 형상을 쉽게 부여할 수 있으며, 변형을 최소화할 수 있는 디스플레이 패널용 베젤의 제조 방법에 대하여 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 디스플레이 패널용 베젤 제조 방법은 (a) 성형면에 상기 베젤(Bezel)의 표면 형상을 부여하기 위한 3차원 패턴이 형성된 하부 몰드를 마련하는 단계; (b) 상기 하부 몰드의 성형면 테두리에 가스켓을 체결하는 단계; (c) 상기 하부 몰드의 가스켓 상에, 원료 주입부를 구비하는 상부 몰드를 체결하는 단계; (d) 상기 상부 몰드의 원료 주입부를 통하여 상기 베젤(Bezel)의 고분자 원료를 주입하는 단계; 및 (e) 상기 고분자 원료를 경화시키면서, 상기 하부 몰드의 성형면에 형성된 3차원 패턴을 전사하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
