【技术领域】
本实用新型运动器材板材技术领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种高性能玻璃纤 维板材。
【背景技术】
近年来, 随着运动的流行, 运动器材对其本身材质的要求也越来越高, 通 常希望能具有更好的强度、 更长的使用寿命。 对于一些特殊的运动器材来说, 还需要较好的防水效果。 现在有很多板材用于运动器材, 如一些塑料板材或泡 塑板材。 塑料板材或泡塑板材的强度和硬度有限, 易老化, 不能满足很多运动 器材的要求, 尤其不适用于一些安全度要求高, 使用环境苛刻的运动器材。
【发明内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种强度更高寿命更长的高性能玻 璃纤维板材。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种高性能玻璃纤维板材, 所述高性能玻璃纤维板材的板体包括树脂层及 至少一层玻璃纤维层, 所述的玻璃纤维层在树脂层的厚度方向均勾地设置在树 脂层内。
所述的板体包括至少两层内置有玻璃纤维层的树脂层, 相邻的树脂层之间 设有水晶胶层。 多层的内置有玻璃纤维层树脂层粘合在一起, 使得板体的强度 更高。 水晶胶层是透明的, 整个板材更加美观。
所述的树脂层共有两层, 所述两层树脂层间还设有填充物, 填充物通过水 晶胶层与两层树脂层分别固定连接。 填充物上可以印有装饰图案, 这样的设计 使得板更为美观。
所述的板体的上表面包覆有弹性胶棉层。 这样的设计使得其使用更加舒适,
更适合于制作运动器材。
所述的玻璃纤维层的玻璃纤维为玻璃纤维布或玻璃纤维毡或化纤。
本实用新型所述的高性能玻璃纤维板材采用了树脂层及玻璃纤维层制成板 体, 由于玻璃纤维层的存在, 使得板体的强度更高, 更耐磨, 安全性更好; 而 且树脂层其本身材质即具有防水抗干效果, 因此本实用新型所述的高性能玻璃 纤维板材具有良好的防水抗干效果, 尤其适用于一些使用在特殊环境下的运动 器材上, 不会受特殊的使用环境影响, 其使用寿命较更长。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
本实用新型所述的高性能玻璃纤维板材的结构如图 1 中所示, 高性能玻璃 纤维板材的板体 1包括树脂层 11及至少一层玻璃纤维层 12 (图 1中所示的玻璃 纤维层即为 2层), 玻璃纤维层 12在树脂层的厚度方向均匀地设置在树脂层 11 内。 所述的玻璃纤维层 12的玻璃纤维可以为玻璃纤维布或玻璃纤维毡或化纤。 为了使用更为舒适, 板体 1的上表面还可以包覆有弹性胶棉层 15。
板体可以由一层内置有玻璃纤维层的树脂层制成, 也可以由两层以上的内 置有玻璃纤维层的树脂层制成, 相邻的树脂层之间设有水晶胶层以相互固定。
图 3示出了由两层树脂层 11构成的高性能玻璃纤维板材的截面示意图, 所
述的树脂层 11共有两层, 两层树脂层间还设有如照片、 宣传画等填充物 14, 填 充物 14通过水晶胶层 13与两层树脂层 11分别固定连接。 填充物上可以印有装 饰图案, 的这样的设计使得板更为美观。

1、 一种高性能玻璃纤维板材, 其特征在于, 所述的高性能玻璃纤维板材的 板体包括树脂层及至少一层玻璃纤维层, 所述的玻璃纤维层在树脂层的厚度方 向均勾地设置在树脂层内。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的一种高性能玻璃纤维板材, 其特征在于, 所述的板 体包括至少两层内置有玻璃纤维层的树脂层, 相邻的树脂层之间设有水晶胶层。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的一种高性能玻璃纤维板材, 其特征在于, 所述的树 脂层共有两层, 所述两层树脂层间还设有填充物, 填充物通过水晶胶层与两层 树脂层分别固定连接。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的一种高性能玻璃纤维板材, 其特征在于, 所述的板 体的上表面包覆有弹性胶棉材料。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的一种高性能玻璃纤维板材, 其特征在于, 所述的玻 璃纤维层的玻璃纤维为玻璃纤维布或玻璃纤维毡或化纤。
