Abstract

Es soll eine gesundheitlich unbedenkliche und/oder eine besonders umweltfreundliche und besonders stabile sowie hochkonzentrierte Lösung oder Dispersion aus zumindest einem selbstassemblierenden Protein bereitgestellt werden, die eine effiziente bzw. verbesserte Herstellung von reinen Protein- Formgebilden oder -Flächengebilden, Protein-Imprägnierungen oder - Beschichtungen mit einem breiten Anwendungsfeld ermöglicht. Erfindungsgemäß umfasst die Protein-Lösung oder Protein-Dispersion in einer wässrigen Lösung oder Dispersion wenigstens ein physikalisch stabilisiertes selbstassemblierendes Protein mit einer Proteinkonzentration von 5 Gew.-% bis 35 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 5 Gew.-% bis 30 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 5 Gew.-% bis 25 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der stabilen Lösung oder Dispersion, insbesondere mit einer Stabilität von mindestens 5 Stunden, bevorzugt von mehr als 12 Stunden, besonders bevorzugt von mehr als 20 Stunden oder sogar von mehr als 48 Stunden. Ein chemischer Stabilisatorzusatz ist gerade nicht vorgesehen bzw. nicht erforderlich.
