Claims (1)
- 슬라이더 본체의 밑판(1a) 상면에 "Y"자 형상으로 파스너결합홈이 형성되게 밑판 외주에서 상방으로 파스너 높이에 대응하는 높이로 측벽(1b)(1c)을 형성하고, 측벽 상단부에서 내향으로 마주보게 내향날개(1b')(1c')를 형성하여 측벽과 내향날개에 의하여 양측 파스너를 안내하는 파스너결합홈을 형성하고,파스너결합홈의 투입부측 중앙에서 상향으로 안내기둥(1d)을 형성하여 안내기둥 중앙부에 상단과 내측방이 개방되게 잠금레버수용홈(2)를 형성하되, 안내기둥 내측면에 슬라이더 진행방향과 반대되는 방향으로 파스너결합홈의 내향날개높이와 동일하게 돌출되고 끝이 뾰족한 중앙날개(1e)를 형성하여 중앙날개 상면에서 파스너결합홈을 향해 수직되게 록킹홀(1f)을 형성하며, 안내기둥의 잠금레버수용홈(2)에 잠금레버(3)를 삽입하여 잠금레버 지지돌기(3a)는 잠금레버수용홈의 지지홈(2a)에 삽입되고 잠금레버선단 록킹돌기(3b)가 록킹홀(1f)을 통해 파스너쪽으로 출입되며 록킹홀 상부로 노출된 잠금레버의 굽힘부 내측에 연결홈(3h)을 형성하여 견인탭(4)의 연결고리(4a)를 꿰어 록킹돌기를 수동으로 들어올리고 내려 놓을 수 있게 되고, 잠금레버(3)가 삽입되는 잠금레버 수용홈 상면에 덮개(5)를 씌워 덮개와 잠금레버 사이에 스프링을 장치함으로써 잠금레버가 스프링의 탄력을 받아 하향으로 탄력이 장진되어 잠금레버의 록킹돌기가 파스너 사이로 투입되면 슬라이더가 록킹되고 견인탭으로 록킹돌기를 들어올려 록킹돌기를 파스너 사이에서 강제 이탈시키면 슬라이더의 록킹이 해제되도록 된 자동잠김슬라이더에 있어서,일정두께의 탄성강판으로 만들어저 선단부를 새부리형상의 굽힘부(3c)로 형성하여 굽힘부 하단에 록킹돌기(3b)를 형성하고 록킹돌기가 형성되는 반대측에 록킹돌기방향으로 낙타등형상의 지지돌기(3a)를 형성하되 지지돌기 상단에 끝이 약간 들리고 내측이 낮아지는 상단면(3d)을 형성하여 상단면 내측경계에 볼록돌기 형상으로 돌출되는 판스프링접촉부(3e)와,상기 판스프링접촉부와 일정간격을 두고 요입홈 형상으로 형성되는 코일스프링접촉부(3g)를 형성하고,상기 코일프링접촉부(3g)의 반대측에 잠금레버수용홈의 보조지지홈(2b)에 대면하도록 보조지지돌기(3f)을 더 형성한 잠금레버(3)와,슬라이더의 중앙날개(1e) 중앙부에 형성되며 잠금레버 두께에 대응하는 폭으로 잠금레버가 세로방향으로 삽입되게 삽입홈을 형성하되 바닥측에 잠금레버 지지돌기(3a)와 보조지지돌기(3f)가 삽입되는 지지홈(2a)에 이어 보조지지홈(2b)을 더 형성하고, 개방부 상단 양측에 직각방향으로 상면이 평활한 확장부(2c)를 형성하여 확장부 외측단에서 위로 향해 지지벽(2d)(2e)을 수직으로 형성하고 지지벽(2d)(2e) 사이에 덮개를 삽입하여 개방부를 은폐할 수 있게 덮개 고정부(20)를 형성하여 덮개(5)를 개제하고 덮개 상면으로 돌출되는 지지벽 상단을 내향으로 절곡시켜 절곡부(2d')(2e')가 덮개 상면에 밀착시켜 덮개를 고정하고 덮개고정부 끝에서 지지홈(2a)쪽으로 절곡편 안내홈(2g)을 형성하며, 덮개고정부에서 보조지지홈(2b)쪽으로 스프링삽입홈(2h)을 형성한 잠금레버수용홈(2)과,상기 덮개 고정부(20)에 설치되며 탄성 금속판제로 되어 잠금레버수용홈(2) 상단 확장부(2c)위에 적층 피복되어 확장부 양측으로 형성된 지지벽(2d)(2e) 사이에 개입되도록 일정폭을 가지고 일단부에서 지지홈(2a)쪽으로 하향절곡편(5a)을 형성한 " ┒"자 형상으로 구성되고 하향절곡편이 절곡편 안내홈(2g)으로 삽입되는 덮개(5)와,덮개와 별도로 되어 덮개(5)저면과 잠금레버(3)상단의 코일스프링접촉부(3g) 사이에 개입되는 코일스프링(6)과 덮개의 저면중앙에서 잠금레버수용홈(2)으로 투입될 수 있게 덮개 저면에서 돌출되는 판스프링(5b)을 형성하여 판스프링의 하단이 잠금레버상단에 형성된 판스프링접촉부(3e)에 접촉하는 판스프링중에서 선택되는 가압스프링과,잠금레버(3) 선단 새부리형상의 굽힘부(3c) 내측 연결홈(3h)에 견인탭(4) 연결고리(4a)가 결합되어 잠금레버의 록킹돌기(3b)부를 수동으로 들어올렸다가 내릴 수 있도록 한 슬라이드 파스너용 자동 잠김 슬라이더
