Abstract

본 발명은 내용물의 리필이 가능한 지관용기에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 내용물의 리필이 가능한 지관용기는, 종이재질의 몸체에 펌핑부재가 탈부착 가능하도록 결합되며, 펌핑부재의 하부에 파우치의 교체가 가능하도록 결합부를 형성함으로써, 간단한 구조를 통해 파우치의 고정 및 교체가 가능하게 되어 제조비용의 절감 및 제조시간을 단축시킬 수 있는 것이 특징이다.

본 발명은 내용물의 리필이 가능한 지관용기에 관한 것으로서, 더 상세하게는 종이재질의 몸체에 펌핑부재가 탈부착 가능하도록 결합되며, 펌핑부재의 하부에 파우치의 교체가 가능하도록 결합부를 형성함으로써, 간단한 구조를 통해 파우치의 고정 및 교체가 가능하게 되어 제조비용의 절감 및 제조시간을 단축시킬 수 있는 내용물의 리필이 가능한 지관용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 샴푸, 린스, 화장품 등은 각 내용물이 용기에 수용된 상태로 사용자에게 판매되고 있으며, 1회용으로 사용하는 것이 가능하도록 파우치 형태로 저렴한 가격에 판매되고 있다.
사용자는 제품구매시 비용을 절약하기 위하여 파우치 형태의 제품을 샴푸, 린스, 화장품 등의 각 용기에 짜내어 충진함으로써, 내용물을 리필하여 사용하고 있는대, 파우치를 컷팅한 후, 각각을 짜내어 충진해야 하므로 사용자의 불편을 초래하고 있는 실정이다.
이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 등록실용신안 제20-0282756호 "리필용 화장품 용기"(이하, '등록실용신안'이라 함.)가 개시되어 있다.
상기 등록실용신안은 내용물이 충전되어지는 용기몸체와 상기 용기몸체로 나사식 결합되는 뚜껑으로 이루어진 통상의 화장품 용기에 있어서, 관형태로 상부에는 내용기(20)의 개구부(22)가 끼움 돌출되는 구멍(11)이 형성되어 있고, 외측에서 내측으로 단턱 형성된 하단부의 외주면에는 마감캡(30)이 나사결합되어질 수 있게 나사산(12)이 형성되어 있으며, 나사산이 형성된 하부에는 내용기(20)의 하부 외주면 양쪽에 형성된 돌부(23)가 끼워지는 홈(13)이 절결 형성되어 있는 외용기(10)와; 상기 외용기(10)의 내경과 상응하는 직경을 가짐과 더블어 내부 길이와 상응하는 길이를 가지는 내용물수납부몸통(21)을 가지고 있고, 내용물수납몸통(21)의 외주면 하부에 외용기(10)의 하부로 형성된 홈(13)에 끼워지는 돌부(23)가 양쪽으로 형성되어 있으며, 상부에는 외용기(10)의 구멍(11)으로 끼움 돌출됨과 동시에 캡(40)이 나사결합되는 개구부(22)가 형성되어 있는 내용기(20)와; 상기 내용기(20)가 리필된 외용기(10)의 하부로 형성된 나사산(12)에 나사체결되어서 외용기(10)로 리필된 내용기(20)를 고정시키는 마감캡(30)으로 구성되는 것이 특징이다.
상기 등록실용신안은 내용물이 수용되는 내용기(20)를 교체하여 사용하는 것이 가능하도록 그 구조를 설계한 것으로서, 외용기(10)와 내용기(20)의 고정을 위하여 각각의 용기에 홈(13) 및 돌부(23)를 형성하고, 외용기(10)의 하단에 형성된 나사산(12)에 마감캡(30)을 결합하는 등 그 구조가 복잡하여 제조비용 및 시간이 많이 소요되는 문제점이 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 본 출원인이 2009년 07월31일자로 출원한 공개특허 제10-2011-0012781호(이하, '공개특허'라 함.)가 개시되어 있다.
상기 공개특허는 내부에 내용물이 수용되도록 공간이 형성되는 지관몸체; 상기 지관몸체의 내측 상부에 결합되며, 상부 외주면을 따라 돌출부가 형성되는 고정부; 상기 고정부의 하부에 결합되며 내용물이 수용되되, 내용물의 소진시 교체가 가능하도록 상기 고정부에 탈부착되는 파우치; 상기 고정부의 상단에 결합되어 펌핑작용을 통하여 상기 파우치에 수용된 내용물을 외부로 배출시키며, 상기 지관몸체로부터 탈부착되는 펌핑부재; 상기 지관몸체의 상단에 결합되는 지관캡;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
그러나, 상기와 같은 공개특허는 고정부의 고정을 위해 지관몸체의 내측에 지관을 결합하여 걸림턱을 형성하며, 상기 걸림턱에 안착되어 고정되도록 고정부의 외주면에 돌출부를 형성하는 등 그 구조가 복잡하여 제조비용 및 시간이 많이 소요되는 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 파우치가 결합부의 외주면에 부착되어 고정되므로, 내용물을 충진시에 내용물의 압력에 의해 파우치가 결합부로부터 탈리되는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상술한 문제점을 해결하고자 안출된 것으로서 본 발명의 목적은 종이재질의 몸체에 펌핑부재가 탈부착 가능하도록 결합되며, 펌핑부재의 하부에 파우치의 교체가 가능하도록 결합부를 형성함으로써, 간단한 구조를 통해 파우치의 고정 및 교체가 가능하게 되어 제조비용의 절감 및 제조시간을 단축시킬 수 있는 내용물의 리필이 가능한 지관용기를 제공하는 것이다.
또한, 고정부의 상단에서 파우치를 가압하여 고정시키는 가압부가 구비됨으로써, 내용물의 충진시에 내용물의 압력에 의해 파우치가 고정부로부터 탈리되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 고정부와 결합부의 나사결합시에 회전에 따른 비틀림에 의해 파우치가 파손되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 내용물의 리필이 가능한 지관용기를 제공하는 것이다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 내용물의 리필이 가능한 지관용기는, 내부에 내용물이 수용되도록 공간이 형성되는 종이재질의 지관몸체(100); 상기 지관몸체(100)의 상부를 감싸며 지관몸체(100)로부터 탈부착 가능하도록 상기 지관몸체(100)의 상단에 안착되는 결합홈(110)이 형성되고, 그 하부에는 나사산(221)이 형성된 결합부(220)가 구비되며, 사용자 가압에 따른 펌핑작용을 통해 내용물을 외부로 배출시키는 펌핑부재(200); 내용물이 수용되며, 내용물의 소진시 교체가 가능하도록 상기 결합부(220)에 탈부착되는 파우치부(300); 상기 지관몸체(100)의 상부에서 상기 펌핑부재(200)를 감싸며 결합되는 종이재질의 지관캡(400);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 파우치부(300)는, 내용물이 수용되는 파우치(310)와, 상기 파우치(310)를 지지하되, 중앙부에는 내용물의 충진이 가능하도록 개구부(321)가 형성되고 외주면에는 상기 결합부(220)에 나사결합되도록 나사산(322)이 형성되는 고정부(320)와, 상기 고정부(320)의 상단에서 상기 개구부(321)에 결합되며, 내용물의 충진이 가능하도록 중공(331)이 형성되는 가압부(330)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 파우치(310)의 상부는 상기 고정부(320)의 상단에 안착되어 상기 가압부(330)의 가압에 의해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 고정부(320)의 상단에는 상기 파우치(310)가 탈리되는 것을 방지하도록 고정턱(323)이 형성되며, 상기 가압부(330)에는 상기 파우치(310)를 가압하여 고정시키는 가압돌기(332)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이상 상술한 바와 같이 본 발명에 따르면 종이재질의 몸체에 펌핑부재가 탈부착 가능하도록 결합되며, 펌핑부재의 하부에 파우치의 교체가 가능하도록 결합부를 형성함으로써, 간단한 구조를 통해 파우치의 고정 및 교체가 가능하게 되어 제조비용의 절감 및 제조시간을 단축시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.
또한, 고정부의 상단에서 파우치를 가압하여 고정시키는 가압부가 구비됨으로써, 내용물의 충진시에 내용물의 압력에 의해 파우치가 고정부로부터 탈리되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 고정부와 결합부의 나사결합시에 회전에 따른 비틀림에 의해 파우치가 파손되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

이하, 도면을 참조하여 본 발명을 상세히 설명하기로 한다. 각 도면에 제시된 동일한 참조부호는 동일한 부재를 나타낸다.
도 1은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 내용물의 리필이 가능한 지관용기의 구성을 보인 분해단면도이고, 도 2는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 내용물의 리필이 가능한 지관용기의 구성을 보인 결합단면도이며, 도 3은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 내용물의 리필이 가능한 지관용기의 사용상태를 보인 설명도이다.
도 1 내지 3을 참조하면, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 내용물의 리필이 가능한 지관용기는 지관몸체(100), 펌핑부재(200), 파우치부(300), 지관캡(500)이 포함된다.
상기 지관몸체(100)는 내부에 내용물이 수용되도록 공간이 형성되는 것으로서, 측면을 형성하는 지관부(110)와 상기 지관부(110)의 하단부에 가공되어 하부를 폐쇄시키는 받침부(120)로 구성된다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 지관몸체(100)는 종이재질로 구성되는 것이 특징으로서, 이로 인하여, 사용자의 가압에 의해 후술할 펌핑부재(200)가 억지끼움되어 화장품 용기를 제조시에 용기 각 부품간의 결합을 위한 결합수단을 제조하기 위한 작업을 생략할 수 있게 되어 제조시간 및 비용을 감소시킬 수 있게 된다.
*또한, 상기 지관몸체(100)는 종이재질로 구성됨으로써, 그 외주면에 문자, 도형, 기호를 표시하거나, 다양한 색상의 표현을 위한 후가공 처리가 용이하게 되어 불량률을 감소시킬 수 있게 된다.
*또한, 상기 지관몸체(100)는 종이재질로 구성됨으로써, 폐기시에 분리수거를 통한 재활용이 가능하게 되어 환경 파괴를 줄일 수 있게 된다.
상기 펌핑부재(200)는 상기 지관몸체(100)의 상부를 감싸며 결합되어 펌핑작용을 통하여 후술할 파우치부(300)에 수용된 내용물을 외부로 배출시키는 것으로서, 상기 지관몸체(100)의 상단과 맞닿는 부분에 지관몸체(100)와의 결합이 가능하도록 결합홈(210)이 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 펌핑부재(200)는 상기 지관몸체(100)로부터 탈부착되는 것이 특징으로서, 일반적으로 화장품 용기의 펌핑부재는 펌핑부재를 고정시키는 지지캡과 같은 고정부재를 통하여 견고하게 고정이 이루어지나, 본 발명의 펌핑부재(200)는 사용자의 필요에 따라 파우치부(300)의 교체가 가능하도록 하기 위하여 사용자의 가압에 의하여 지관몸체(100)로부터 용이하게 탈리되도록 구성되는 것이 특징이다.
또한, 본 발명에 있어서, 상기 펌핑부재(200)의 하부에는 후술할 파우치부(300)의 고정부(320)와 나사결합이 가능하도록 나사산(221)이 형성된 결합부(220)가 구비되는 것이 특징이다.
상기 펌핑부재(200)는 상기 결합부(220)를 통해 파우치부(300)의 고정부(320)와 나사결합됨으로써, 사용자가 펌핑부재(200)를 지관몸체(100)로부터 탈리시에 파우치부(300)와 함께 탈리가 이루어지며, 이로 인하여, 결합부(220)와 고정부(320)나사결합의 해체를 통한 파우치부(300)의 교체가 가능하도록 구성된다.
또한, 파우치부(300)의 교체가 완료되면, 사용자가 펌핑부재(200)를 파지한 상태로 상기 지관몸체(100)에 결합을 하게 되는대, 이때, 상기 펌핑부재(200)가 상기 지관몸체(100)에 서서히 결합되다가 펌핑부재(200)의 결합홈(210)이 지관몸체(100)의 상단에 안착되어 지관몸체(100)와의 결합이 이루어지게 된다.
상기 펌핑부재(200)의 펌핑작용을 위한 각 구성은 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 공지기술 이므로 상세한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
상기 파우치부(300)는 내용물이 수용되며, 내용물의 소진시 교체가 가능하도록 상기 결합부(220)에 탈부착 되는 것으로서, 내용물이 수용되는 파우치(310)와, 상기 파우치(310)를 지지하되, 중앙부에는 내용물의 충진 및 배출이 가능하도록 개구부(321)가 형성되고 외주면에는 상기 결합부(220)에 나사결합되도록 나사산(322)이 형성되는 고정부(320)와, 상기 고정부(320)의 상단에서 상기 개구부(321)에 결합되며, 내용물의 충진 및 배출이 가능하도록 중공(331)이 형성되는 가압부(330)로 구성된다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 파우치(310)의 상부는 상기 고정부(320)의 내주면에 밀착된 상태로 위치하되, 그 끝단부가 고정부(320)의 상단에 안착되어 상기 가압부(330)의 가압에 의해 고정이 이루어지는 것이 특징으로서, 파우치(310)의 견고한 고정을 위하여 상기 고정부(320)의 상단에는 상기 파우치(310)가 탈리되는 것을 방지하도록 고정턱(323)이 형성되며, 상기 가압부(330)에는 상기 파우치(310)를 가압하여 고정시키는 가압돌기(332)가 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 파우치(310)는 가압부(330)의 가압에 의해 상기 고정부(320)에 지지된 상태로 고정이 이루어지게 되므로, 파우치(310)에 내용물을 충진시에 파우치(310)가 고정부(320)로부터 탈리되는 것을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 상기 가압부(330)는 파우치(310)의 상부를 가압하며 파우치(310)가 외부로 노출되지 않도록 위치함으로써, 파우치부(300)를 결합부(220)에 나사결합시에 회전에 따른 비틀림에 의해 파우치(310)가 파손되는 것을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
상기 지관캡(400)은 상기 지관몸체(100)의 상부에 결합되는 것으로서, 상기 펌핑부재(200)를 감싸며 결합되어 외부의 충격으로부터 펌핑부재(200)를 보호함으로써, 펌핑부재(200)의 오작동을 방지하게 된다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 지관캡(400)은 종이재질로 구성되는 것이 특징으로서, 종이재질로 구성됨으로써, 폐기시에 분리수거를 통한 재활용이 가능하게 되어 환경 파괴를 줄일 수 있게 된다.
이하에서는 도 1 내지 3을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 내용물의 리필이 가능한 지관용기의 파우치 교체과정을 설명하기로 한다.
도 1 내지 3을 참조하면, 내용물이 전부 소진되었을 경우, 사용자는 펌핑부재(200)를 파지한 상태로 상방향으로 들어 올려 지관몸체(100)로부터 펌핑부재(200)를 탈리시킨다. 이때, 상기 펌핑부재(200)의 결합부(220)에 결합된 파우치부(300)가 함께 탈리가 이루어지게 된다.
상기와 같이, 펌핑부재(200)의 상방향 이동을 통하여 파우치부(300)가 지관몸체(100)로부터 탈리되면, 사용자는 파우치부(300)의 고정부(320)를 일측으로 회전하여 상기 결합부(220)로부터 파우치부(300)를 탈리시키고, 내용물이 충진된 새로운 파우치부(300)를 상기 결합부(220)에 결합하여 파우치부(300)를 교체한다.
다음으로, 파우치부(300)의 교체가 완료되면, 펌핑부재(200)를 지관몸체(100)에 결합하게 되는대, 펌핑부재(200)를 지관몸체(100)의 상부에서 하방향으로 가압시에 펌핑부재(200)의 결합홈(210)이 상기 지관몸체(100)에 서서히 결합되다가 지관몸체(100)의 상단에 안착되며 지관몸체(100)에 억지끼움을 통한 고정이 이루어지게 된다. 이때, 상기 지관몸체(100)는 종이재질로 구성되기 때문에 펌핑부재(200)와의 억지끼움을 통한 결합시에 종이재질로 인한 변형이 발생하지 않도록 소정의 두께로 형성되는 것이 좋다.
도면과 명세서에서 최적 실시 예들이 개시되었다. 여기서 특정한 용어들이 사용되었으나, 이는 단지 본 발명을 설명하기 위한 목적에서 사용된 것이지 의미한정이나 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 범위를 제한하기 위하여 사용된 것은 아니다. 그러므로 본 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시 예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의해 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 내부에 내용물이 수용되도록 공간이 형성되는 종이재질의 지관몸체(100);
    상기 지관몸체(100)의 상부를 감싸며 지관몸체(100)로부터 탈부착 가능하도록 상기 지관몸체(100)의 상단에 안착되는 결합홈(110)이 형성되고, 그 하부에는 나사산(221)이 형성된 결합부(220)가 구비되며, 사용자 가압에 따른 펌핑작용을 통해 내용물을 외부로 배출시키는 펌핑부재(200);
    내용물이 수용되며, 내용물의 소진시 교체가 가능하도록 상기 결합부(220)에 탈부착되는 파우치부(300);
    상기 지관몸체(100)의 상부에서 상기 펌핑부재(200)를 감싸며 결합되는 종이재질의 지관캡(400);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용물의 리필이 가능한 지관용기.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 파우치부(300)는,
    내용물이 수용되는 파우치(310)와,
    상기 파우치(310)를 지지하되, 중앙부에는 내용물의 충진이 가능하도록 개구부(321)가 형성되고 외주면에는 상기 결합부(220)에 나사결합되도록 나사산(322)이 형성되는 고정부(320)와,
    상기 고정부(320)의 상단에서 상기 개구부(321)에 결합되며, 내용물의 충진이 가능하도록 중공(331)이 형성되는 가압부(330)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용물의 리필이 가능한 지관용기.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 파우치(310)의 상부는 상기 고정부(320)의 상단에 안착되어 상기 가압부(330)의 가압에 의해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용물의 리필이 가능한 지관용기.
  4. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 고정부(320)의 상단에는 상기 파우치(310)가 탈리되는 것을 방지하도록 고정턱(323)이 형성되며, 상기 가압부(330)에는 상기 파우치(310)를 가압하여 고정시키는 가압돌기(332)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용물의 리필이 가능한 지관용기.
