 外装部材を所望の形状に保持することが可能なワイヤハーネスを提供する。電線18を覆う管状のコルゲートチューブ16と、該コルゲートチューブ16が曲げられて形成された屈曲部20に対応した形状に成形された、平板状の経路保持部材25および26と、を備え、経路保持部材25が、屈曲部20にあてがわれた状態で、テープ17により巻きつけられている。

Description

ワイヤハーネス
 本発明は、ワイヤハーネスに関する。
 下記特許文献1に開示されたワイヤハーネスは、三本の高圧電線と、この三本の高圧電線を一本ずつ収容して保護するための三本の金属保護パイプとを備えている。
 高圧電線は、車両の前側に搭載されるモータと車両の中間又は後側に搭載されるインバータとを接続するものである。当該高圧電線は、車両の中間又は後側のバッテリーから、車両フレームの外側となる車体床下を通って、車両の前側のモータまで配索される。
 このように車体床下を通るように配索された高圧電線には、石跳ねや水跳ねが生じる虞がある。この石跳ねや水跳ねから高圧電線を保護するために、高圧電線は金属保護パイプにより覆われている。金属保護パイプは、石跳ねや水跳ねから高圧電線を保護する機能と、その剛性により高圧電線の撓みを防止する機能とを有している。また、金属保護パイプは、金属製であるため電磁シールド機能も有している。
 ワイヤハーネスは、真っ直ぐな状態の金属保護パイプに三本の高圧電線をそれぞれ挿通し、車体床下におけるワイヤハーネスの配索経路に沿って金属保護パイプに曲げを施すことにより製造される。ワイヤハーネスは、ハーネスメーカーの工場で上記の如く製造された後に、自動車メーカーの組み立て工場へと搬送される。その後、ワイヤハーネスは、車両の所定位置に組み付けられる。これにより、ワイヤハーネスの配索が完了する。
日本国特開2004-224156号公報
 上記従来技術では、ワイヤハーネスの搬送の際に、金属保護パイプ同士が接触して、損傷や変形しないようにするために、金属保護パイプ毎に、及びワイヤハーネス毎に十分なスペースを確保する必要がある。また、金属保護パイプを三次元的に曲げ加工しているために、立体的なスペースを確保する必要がある。
 上記の点を解消するために、可撓性を有する管体を金属保護パイプの代替部材とすることが考えられる。しかしながら管体を単に代替部材とするには、次のような問題点が生じる。
 まず、可撓性を有する管体であると、ワイヤハーネスの組み付け時及び配索時、及び配索後において、所望の形状を保持することが困難である。
 また、可撓性を有する管体であると、この管体を車両の所定位置に組み付けるためには、例えばプロテクタが必要になる。このプロテクタは配索経路に合わせて樹脂成形される部材であるため、車両毎に専用設計・専用部材になってしまう。これにより、汎用性が低くなり、コスト高になる。
 また、プロテクタを用いると、開発段階で何度も試作金型を作成する場合があるため、設計費用、金型費用、設計時間等が掛かる。
 また、プロテクタを用いると、管体への組み付け部分が大型化するため、車両床下に設けたプロテクタが地面に近づいてしまい、不具合が生じる虞がある。
 本発明は、上記した事情に鑑みてなされたもので、外装部材を所望の形状に保持することが可能なワイヤハーネスを提供することを目的とする。
 上述した目的を達成するために、本発明に係るワイヤハーネスは下記(1)~(3)を特徴としている。
(1)少なくとも一つの導電路を覆う管状の外装部材と、該外装部材が曲げられて形成された屈曲部に対応した形状に成形された、少なくとも一つの平板状の経路保持部材と、を備え、前記経路保持部材が、前記屈曲部にあてがわれた状態で、テープにより巻きつけられている。
 上記(1)の構成のワイヤハーネスでは、外装部材を曲げて形成される屈曲部に経路保持部材をあてがい、該屈曲部にテープを巻きつけることにより、曲げた外装部材の復元力を抑制し外装部材が曲げ形状に保持される。
(2)上記(1)の構成のワイヤハーネスであって、
 前記経路保持部材は、前記外装部材よりも伸び縮みしにくい。
 上記(2)の構成のワイヤハーネスでは、より効果的に外装部材の復元力が抑制され、外装部材が曲げ形状に保持される。
 (3)上記(1)の構成のワイヤハーネスであって、
 前記経路保持部材の前記外装部材の径方向における幅が、前記外装部材の該径方向における幅よりも短い。
 上記(3)の構成のワイヤハーネスでは、テープの外装部材に対する密着性が向上するので、テープを巻きつけた後における経路保持部材と外装部材との位置ずれが生じにくい。このため、屈曲部の曲げ形状が確実に保持される。

 以下、図1~図6を参照して、本発明に係るワイヤハーネスの構造の一実施の形態について詳細に説明する。
 ここで、図1は、ハイブリッド自動車に本発明の一実施形態に係るワイヤハーネスを配索した場合の一例を示した模式図である。図2は、ワイヤハーネスを屈曲させる前の状態から屈曲させた後の状態を示した外観斜視図である。図3は、ワイヤハーネスを屈曲させた後に屈曲部に経路保持部材があてがわれた状態の一例を示した外観斜視図である。図4(a)は経路保持部材に成形される前の平板状部材を示した外観斜視図であり、図4(b1)及び図4(b2)は成形された経路保持部材の一例を示した外観斜視図であり、図4(c1)及び図4(c2)は成形された経路保持部材の変形例を示した外観斜視図である。図5は、ワイヤハーネスの屈曲部にテープが巻きつけられた状態の一例を示した外観斜視図である。図6(a)はコルゲートチューブを屈曲させる前のワイヤハーネスの縦断面図であり、図6(b)はコルゲートチューブを屈曲させた後に経路保持部材があてがわれた屈曲部にテープが巻きつけられた状態におけるワイヤハーネスの縦断面図である。
 本実施の形態においては、ハイブリッド自動車(電気自動車であってもよい)にワイヤハーネスを適用する例を挙げて説明する。
 図1において、ハイブリッド自動車1は、エンジン2及びモータユニット3の二つの動力をミックスして駆動する車両である。モータユニット3には、インバータユニット4を介してバッテリー5(電池パック)からの電力が供給される。エンジン2、モータユニット3、及びインバータユニット4は、前輪等がある位置のエンジンルーム6に搭載されている。また、バッテリー5は、後輪等がある自動車後部7に搭載されている(エンジンルーム6の後方に存在する自動車室内に搭載してもよい)。
 モータユニット3とインバータユニット4は、公知の高圧ワイヤハーネス8により接続されている。また、バッテリー5とインバータユニット4は、本実施形態に係る高圧用のワイヤハーネス9により接続されている。
 ワイヤハーネス9とバッテリー5は、バッテリー5に設けられるジャンクションブロック12を介して接続されている。ジャンクションブロック12には、ワイヤハーネス9の後端13がコネクタ接続されている。ワイヤハーネス9の後端13側は、自動車室内側となる床上に配索されている。この床上には、ワイヤハーネス9の前端14側も配索されている。ワイヤハーネス9の前端14側は、インバータユニット4にコネクタ接続されている。また、ワイヤハーネス9のうちの前端14と後端13との間に位置する中間部10は、車体床下11に沿って配索されている。
 モータユニット3は、モータ(図示せず)及びジェネレータ(図示せず)を構成に含んでいる。また、インバータユニット4は、インバータ(図示せず)及びコンバータ(図示せず)を構成に含んでいる。モータユニット3は、シールドケース(図示せず)を含むモータアッセンブリとして形成されている。また、インバータユニット4もシールドケースを含むインバータアッセンブリとして形成されている。バッテリー5は、Ni-MH系やLi-ion系のものであって、モジュール化されている。尚、例えばキャパシタのような蓄電装置を使用することも可能である。バッテリー5は、ハイブリッド自動車1や電気自動車に使用可能であればよく、本実施形態に係る構成に特に限定されない。
 以下に、ワイヤハーネス9の構造の一例について図2~図5、図9を参照して詳細に説明する。
 ワイヤハーネス9は、二本の電線18と、二本の電線18を一括して被覆する電磁シールド部材19と、電磁シールド部材19の外側に該電磁シールド部材19を覆うように設けられて外装部材として機能するコルゲートチューブ16を備えている。
 電線18は、導体及び絶縁体を含む導電路であって、電気的な接続に必要な長さに形成されている。電線18の両端には、それぞれコネクタが設けられており、一端はジャンクションブロック12(図1参照)のコネクタと、他端はインバータユニット4(図1参照)のコネクタとそれぞれ接続される。導体は、銅や銅合金やアルミニウムやアルミニウム合金により製造されている。導体は、素線を撚り合わせてなる導体構造のものや、断面矩形又は丸形となる棒状の導体構造(例えば平角単心や丸単心となる導体構造であり、この場合、電線自体も棒状となる)のものであってもよい。
 本実施形態においては、二本の電線18を導電路として用いているが、電線18の本数は限定されず、また導電路は電線に限られない。例えば、公知のバスバーに絶縁体を設けて高圧の導電路としたものや、n個の回路を同軸で一本に構成した高圧同軸複合導電路を用いてもよい。
 電磁シールド部材19は、電線18を介して伝送される電気信号が外部からの電磁波による影響を受けないようにするためのものであり、導電性の金属箔を含むシールド部材、或いは金属箔単体などにて筒状に形成されている。電磁シールド部材19は、二本の電線18の全長とほぼ同じ長さに形成されている。
 尚、電磁シールド部材19は、本実施例において金属箔を含んでいるが、これに限定されるものではない。すなわち、電磁波対策をすることが可能であれば、例えば極細の素線を多数有する編組を用いてもよい。このとき、編組は、導電性を有して筒状に形成される。
 コルゲートチューブ16は、曲げ可能な可撓性を有する管状の外装部材(管体)であって、電線18の長手方向に沿って連続して外周面に形成された凹凸(谷部と山部)を有する樹脂製又は金属製のチューブ(蛇腹管)である。即ち、コルゲートチューブ16には、図4(a)に示すように、周方向に延在する凸部と凹部が長手方向に沿って交互に形成されている。また、当該凸部の上面は、コルゲートチューブ16の中心軸に平行な断面において、該中心軸に平行に延びる周面上に形成されている。なお、本実施例のコルゲートチューブ16は、断面円形状で樹脂製のものを用いているが、断面円形状に限らず、断面楕円形状や、断面四角形状などの形状のものであってもよい。
 再び図2を参照して、電線18を被覆する電磁シールド部材19をコルゲートチューブ16に挿通した真っ直ぐな状態(図2に二点鎖線で示す想像線のコルゲートチューブ16)から、図2の矢印の方向にコルゲートチューブ16に曲げが施されると、屈曲部20が形成される。屈曲部20は、図1に示すように、ワイヤハーネス9が自動車室内でインバータユニット4に方向転換する屈曲部20Aや、車体床下11から自動車室内に方向転換する屈曲部20Bや、自動車室内から車体床下11に方向転換する屈曲部20Cの位置に形成される。
 屈曲部20は、ワイヤハーネス9の屈曲部であると同時に、コルゲートチューブ16の屈曲部でもある。屈曲部20における符号21は、曲げR(曲率)が大きい側となる外側部分を示している。また、符号22は、曲げRが小さい側となる内側部分を示している。
 経路保持部材25は、図3に示すように屈曲部20の外側部分21の曲げ形状を保持し(維持し)、これによってワイヤハーネス9の経路保持をするための部材である。経路保持部材25は、コルゲートチューブ16よりも伸び縮みしにくく可撓性を有する平板状部材23(図4(a)参照)を長手方向断面が略U字状(図4(b1)参照)となるように撓ませることによって形成される。長手方向断面については略U字状に限定されるものではなく、外側部分21の曲げ形状に対応する形状であればよい。
 撓ませ方については、平板状部材23の長手方向両端に所定の圧力をかけて撓ませる。この経路保持部材25は外側部分21に添え木としてあてがわれる。
 なお、平板状部材23は、材料がコルゲートチューブ16よりも伸び縮みしにくく可撓性を有する金属である場合には押出し金型(図示せず)を用いた押出し成形によって均一の厚みをもつように形成される。
 また、平板状部材23の材料はコルゲートチューブ16よりも伸び縮みしにくく可撓性を有する樹脂であってもよい。この場合には、射出成型によって均一の厚みをもつように形成される。
 経路保持部材26は、屈曲部20の内側部分22の曲げ形状を保持し、これによってワイヤハーネス9の経路保持をするための部材である。経路保持部材26は、可撓性を有する平板状部材23を長手方向断面が略U字状(図4(b2)参照)となるように撓ませることによって形成される。この経路保持部材26は内側部分22に添え木としてあてがわれる。撓ませ方については、上記と同様なので説明を省略する。
 なお、本実施の形態では、2つの経路保持部材25および26をそれぞれ外側部分21および内側部分22にあてがった構成としているが、経路保持部材25および26のいずれか一方のみを外側部分21および内側部分22のいずれか一方にあてがうような構成であっても後述する効果を得ることができる。
 コルゲートチューブ16に曲げを施した後に外側部分21および内側部分22にそれぞれあてがわれた経路保持部材25および26を覆うようにコルゲートチューブ16の長手方向に沿ってテープ17が巻きつけられる(図5参照)。なお、テープ17の片面には接着剤が塗布されている。テープ17を屈曲部20全体に巻きつけることにより、経路保持部材25および26がそれぞれ外側部分21および内側部分22の表面に固定されるため、コルゲートチューブ16の曲げ形状を保持することができる。
 なお、経路保持部材25および26は、テープ17をコルゲートチューブ16に接着させるため、経路保持部材25および26の幅d1がコルゲートチューブ16の直径d2よりも短くなるように形成されている(図9(a)参照)。即ち、経路保持部材25および26のコルゲートチューブ16の径方向における幅が、コルゲートチューブ16の該径方向における幅よりも短い。
 また、テープ17を屈曲部20へ巻きつける方法として、例えば、コルゲートチューブ16の周方向に一周巻きつけるごとに前回巻きつけたテープ17の一部を重ねて巻きつけていく、いわゆるハーフラッピング(重ね巻き)を行っている(図6(b)の拡大図参照)。
 以下に、屈曲部20の曲げ形状を保持する原理について図6を参照して説明する。
 コルゲートチューブ16に曲げを施す前の状態(図6(a)参照)においては、コルゲートチューブ16に何も力が加わっていないので、上側の山部33とこれに隣接する山部33との間隔(ピッチA1)と、下側の山部31とこれに隣接する山部31との間隔(ピッチA1)は等しい。
 コルゲートチューブ16に曲げを施すと、コルゲートチューブ16の外側部分21における山部33とこれに隣接する山部33との間隔(ピッチA2)はピッチA1よりも大きくなる。一方、コルゲートチューブ16の内側部分22における山部31とこれに隣接する山部31との間隔(ピッチA3)はピッチA1よりも小さくなる。即ち、コルゲートチューブ16は、外側部分21においては、長手方向に沿って伸びており、内側部分22においては、長手方向に沿って縮んでいる。
 ここで、例えば、コルゲートチューブ16に人の手で曲げを施した後に手を放すと、コルゲートチューブ16には曲げを施す前の状態に戻ろうとする力(復元力)が働き、コルゲートチューブ16は図5(a)に示した元の状態に戻ってしまう。すなわち、ワイヤハーネス9が直線形状に戻ってしまい、曲げ形状が保持されない。
 そこで、本実施形態では、経路保持部材25および26をそれぞれ外側部分21および内側部分22にあてがった状態で上記したようにコルゲートチューブ16の長手方向に沿ってテープ17を巻きつける。これにより、コルゲートチューブ16の外側部分21における山部33とこれに隣接する山部33との間隔(ピッチA2)が保持される。一方、コルゲートチューブ16の内側部分22における山部31とこれに隣接する山部31との間隔(ピッチA3)も保持される。
 上記したように、本実施形態に係るワイヤハーネス9では、外側部分21における幅A2が幅A1に戻りにくく、また、内側部分22における幅A3も幅A1に戻りにくい。
 このため、外側部分21において互いに隣接配置された山部33、33の間隔と内側部分22において互いに隣接配置された山部31、31の間隔を一定に保持することができる。したがって、コルゲートチューブ16の屈曲部20の屈曲状態の保持(経路保持)を行うことができる。
 以下に、ワイヤハーネス9の構造の変形例について図7~図9を参照して説明する。なお、上記した一例と同一の構成部材については同一の符号を付して詳細な説明を省略する。
 なお、図7~図9においてワイヤハーネス9、コルゲートチューブ16、屈曲部20、外側部分21、内側部分22については上記した一例と同様の構成である。
 ここで、図7は、ワイヤハーネスを屈曲させた後に屈曲部に経路保持部材があてがわれた状態の変形例を示した外観斜視図である。図8は、ワイヤハーネスの屈曲部にテープが巻きつけられた状態の変形例を示した外観斜視図である。図9(a)は屈曲部にテープが巻きつけられた上記一例に係るワイヤハーネスの幅方向断面図であり、図9(b)は屈曲部にテープが巻きつけられた変形例に係るワイヤハーネスの幅方向断面図である。
 図7において、経路保持部材35は、屈曲部20の曲げ形状を保持し、これによってワイヤハーネス9の経路保持をするための部材であって、可撓性を有する平板状部材23を長手方向断面および幅方向断面が略U字状(図4(c1)参照)となるように撓ませることによって形成される。この経路保持部材35は外側部分21に添え木としてあてがわれる。
 図7において、経路保持部材36は、屈曲部20の曲げ形状を保持し、これによってワイヤハーネス9の経路保持をするための部材であって、伸び縮みせず可撓性を有する平板状部材23を長手方向断面および幅方向断面が略U字状(図4(c2)参照)となるように撓ませることによって内側部分22に添える木としてあてがわれる。なお、平板状部材23の材料については上記と同様であるので説明は省略する。
 また、本変形例では、2つの経路保持部材35および36をそれぞれ外側部分21および内側部分22にあてがった構成としているが、経路保持部材35および36のいずれか一方のみを曲率変形部分にあてがうような構成であっても後述する効果を得ることができる。
 コルゲートチューブ16に曲げを施した後に外側部分21および内側部分22にそれぞれあてがわれた経路保持部材35および36を覆うようにコルゲートチューブ16の長手方向に沿ってテープ17が巻きつけられる(図8参照)。
 なお、経路保持部材35および36は、テープ17をコルゲートチューブ16に接着させるため、経路保持部材35および36の幅d3がコルゲートチューブ16の直径d4よりも短くなるように形成されている(図9(b)参照)。
 本変形例では、経路保持部材35、36が、上記した一例に比べて、幅方向断面が略U字状になるように成形されている。このため、コルゲートチューブ16の屈曲部20の表面への密着性が向上するため屈曲状態の保持(経路保持)を確実に行うことができる。
 以下に、ワイヤハーネス9の構造の他の変形例について図10を参照して説明する。なお、上記した一例と同一の構成部材については同一の符号を付して詳細な説明を省略する。経路保持部材45の形状が異なる以外は上記した一例と同様である。
 ここで、図10(a1)及び図10(a2)は経路保持部材の他の変形例を示した外観斜視図であり、図10(b)はコルゲートチューブを屈曲させた後に経路保持部材を外側部分の谷部に嵌め込んだ状態においてテープが巻きつけられたときのワイヤハーネスの縦断面図であり、図10(c)はコルゲートチューブを屈曲させた後に経路保持部材を外側部分の谷部及び内側部分の谷部に嵌め込んだ状態においてテープが巻きつけられたときのワイヤハーネスの縦断面図である。
 図10(a1)に示した経路保持部材45は外側部分21に固定するためのもので、図10(a2)に示した経路保持部材55は内側部分22に固定するためのものである。経路保持部材45,55の形状は略コの字状であり、経路保持部材45は基部46と腕部47a、47bで構成され、経路保持部材55は基部56と腕部57a、57bで構成されている。
 なお、経路保持部材45の長さは、経路保持部材45を撓ませたときに腕部47a,47bの外側部分21の谷部34への嵌め込みが可能な長さである。経路保持部材55の長さは、経路保持部材55を撓ませたときに腕部57a,57bの内側部分22の谷部32への嵌め込みが可能な長さである。
 また、経路保持部材45,55の材料は可撓性を有する金属または樹脂である。材料が金属である場合には押出し金型(図示せず)を用いた押出し成形によって均一の厚みをもつように形成され、材料が樹脂である場合には射出成型によって均一の厚みをもつように形成される。
 以下に、経路保持部材45を外側部分21の谷部34に嵌合させる場合について説明する。
 図10(b)に示すように、コルゲートチューブ16を屈曲させた状態を保持したまま、経路保持部材45を撓ませて基部46を外側部分21にあてがい、最後に腕部47a,47bをコルゲートチューブ16の外側部分21の谷部34に嵌合させる。腕部47a,47bは谷部34に引っ掛かり経路保持部材45が外側部分21に固定される。この後、経路保持部材45を外側部分21に固定させた状態において経路保持部材45を覆うようにコルゲートチューブ16の屈曲部20にテープ17を巻きつける。テープ17の屈曲部20への巻きつけは、上記した一例の場合と同様に、ハーフラッピング(重ね巻き)により行う(図10(b)の拡大図参照)
 なお、図10(b)の例では、経路保持部材45の腕部47a,47bをコルゲートチューブ16の外側部分21の谷部34に嵌合させているが、経路保持部材45を用いる代わりに経路保持部材55を用いて、その腕部57a,57bをコルゲートチューブ16の内側部分22の谷部32に嵌合させるようにしてもよい。
 次に、経路保持部材45および55をそれぞれ外側部分21の谷部34および内側部分22の谷部32に嵌合させる場合について説明する。
 図10(c)に示すように、コルゲートチューブ16を屈曲させた状態を保持したまま、経路保持部材45,55を撓ませて基部46および基部56をそれぞれ外側部分21および内側部分22にあてがい、最後に腕部47a,47bを外側部分21の谷部34に嵌合させるとともに腕部57a,57bを内側部分22の谷部32に嵌合させる。腕部47a,47bは谷部34に引っ掛かり経路保持部材45が外側部分21に固定され、腕部57a,57bは谷部32に引っ掛かり経路保持部材55が内側部分22に固定される。
 この後、経路保持部材45および55をそれぞれ外側部分21および内側部分22に固定させた状態において経路保持部材45,55を覆うようにコルゲートチューブ16の屈曲部20にテープ17を巻きつける。テープ17の屈曲部20への巻きつけは、上記同様にハーフラッピング(重ね巻き)により行う(図10(c)の拡大図参照)。
 本変形例によれば、簡易な構造である略コの字状の経路保持部材45および55をコルゲートチューブ16の谷部34,32に嵌合させた状態でテープ17を巻きつけて曲げ形状を保持しているので曲げ形状の保持を簡単な作業で行うことができる。
 以上に説明したように、実施形態に係るワイヤハーネスによれば、導電路の外装部材として可撓性を有するコルゲートチューブを単に備えるだけでなく、コルゲートチューブを所望の形状に保持することが可能であり、また、プロテクタを不要にすることも可能な、低コスト、かつ、汎用性のあるワイヤハーネスを提供することができる。
 また、実施形態に係るワイヤハーネスによれば、予め曲げ加工が施された経路保持部材及び外装部材を固定するためのテープといった標準的な部品(代替可能部品)を樹脂成型プロテクタの代替部品として用いるため車両専用部品および金型を用いることがない。したがって、ワイヤハーネスの製造コストの低減を図ることができる。
 ここで、上述した本発明に係るワイヤハーネスの実施形態の特徴をそれぞれ以下(1)~(3)に簡潔に纏めて列記する。
(1)実施形態に係るワイヤハーネス9は、少なくとも一つの導電路としての二本の電線18を覆う、管状の外装部材としてのコルゲートチューブ16と、該コルゲートチューブ16が曲げられて形成された屈曲部20に対応した形状に成形された、少なくとも一つの平板状の経路保持部材25および26(35および36、又は、45および55)と、を備えている。そして、経路保持部材25が、屈曲部20にあてがわれた状態で、テープ17により巻きつけられている。
(2)また、実施形態に係るワイヤハーネス9では、経路保持部材25および26は、コルゲートチューブ16よりも伸び縮みしにくい。
(3)また、実施形態に係るワイヤハーネス9では、経路保持部材25および26のコルゲートチューブ16の径方向における幅が、コルゲートチューブ16の該径方向における幅よりも短い。
 本発明を詳細にまた特定の実施態様を参照して説明したが、本発明の精神と範囲を逸脱することなく様々な変更や修正を加えることができることは当業者にとって明らかである。
 例えば、経路保持部材25は、コルゲートチューブ16よりも伸び縮みしにくい部材であることが好ましいが、コルゲートチューブ16と同程度に伸び縮みする部材であってもよく、或いはコルゲートチューブ16よりも伸び縮みしやすい部材であってもよい。
 本出願は、2011年7月21日出願の日本特許出願(特願2011-160138)に基づくものであり、その内容はここに参照として取り込まれる。
 本発明に係るワイヤハーネスによれば、外装部材を所望の形状に保持することが可能である点で有用である。

Claims (3)

  1.  少なくとも一つの導電路を覆う管状の外装部材と、
     該外装部材が曲げられて形成された屈曲部に対応した形状に成形された、少なくとも一つの平板状の経路保持部材と、
     を備え、
     前記経路保持部材が、前記屈曲部にあてがわれた状態で、テープにより巻きつけられている、
     ワイヤハーネス。
  2.  前記経路保持部材は、前記外装部材よりも伸び縮みしにくい、
     請求項1に記載のワイヤハーネス。
  3.  前記経路保持部材の前記外装部材の径方向における幅が、前記外装部材の該径方向における幅よりも短い、
     請求項1に記載のワイヤハーネス。
