Abstract

본 발명은 롤-투-롤 방식으로 자동으로 터치 스크린 패널을 제조할 수 있는 터치 스크린 패널 제조 장치 및 제조 방법 에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 감긴 필름이 풀리는 제1 롤; 전극 패턴이 형성된 필름이 감기는 제2 롤; 상기 제1 롤 및 제2 롤 사이에 구비되고, 상기 필름의 이송을 안내하는 가이드 롤; 상기 필름에 수지를 도포하여 수지층을 형성하는 수지 도포부; 양각 패턴이 형성된 몰드를 포함하며, 상기 몰드를 상기 수지층에 압착시켜 상기 수지층에 음각 패턴을 형성하는 패턴 몰딩부; 상기 수지층 표면에 전극 물질을 도포하는 전극 물질 도포부; 상기 수지층 표면의 전극 물질을 제거하는 전극 물질 스윕부; 및 상기 수지층의 상기 음각 패턴에 충진된 전극 물질을 경화시키는 경화부를 포함한다.
