Definitions
- the present invention relates to a safety guard for blinds, and more particularly to a safety guard for blinds to prevent the accident of infants, children, etc. by the string provided for operating the blinds.
- blinds are placed on windows and the like so that they can not block sunlight or look outside.
- the narrow, long scaly skeletons are connected by strings, and the blind scales can be moved by strings to block sunlight as much as you want, or you can fold it up.
- blinds which have a similar atmosphere to curtains made of cloth, are widely used for decoration because they are called verticals.
- the blind 10 is provided with a rotation member 5 and a deceleration member 8 respectively on both brackets 9, and fastens a winding pipe wound around the screen.
- the rotating member 5 is provided with a connecting shaft 3 formed with the rotating tool 2 in front of the rotating body 1, and couples the spring 4 to the outer surface of the connecting shaft (3). Both ends of the spring 4 are fixed to one surface of the rotating body 1 and the rotating hole 2, respectively, and the rotating hole 2 is connected to the connecting shaft 3 by the elasticity of the spring 4. It will move from side to side.
- the deceleration member 8 installs the decelerator 6 in front of the rotating body 1 having the adjuster, and couples the fixed shaft 7 having the deceleration nut 7a in front thereof.
- the winding pipe wound around the screen is fastened to the outer surfaces of both of the rotating bodies 1, and the bracket 9 is fixed to the window frame and the glass wall frame using a screw or the like, and to any one of the rotating bodies 1 According to the user's operation, the ball chain 1a is mounted so that the screen can be elevated.
- the conventional blinds are formed in two rows in which the ball chain 1a is connected to each other instead of one row, and the user must manipulate the ball chain to raise or lower the screen.
- the ball chains (1a) are often entangled with each other, so they are not aesthetically pleasing and should work after clearing up the tangled lines.
- the conventional roll screen blinds are operated in a freely swinging state, not in a state where a round ball chain installed on one side is fixed, so that a child or toddler in the home may be caught in the neck while playing in the house. Occasionally, due to the sagging ball chain (1a) there was a problem that a safety accident occurs in children.
- the 'child safety roll screen device' is a roll screen in which the elastic gear 20 to which the ball chain 40 is fastened to the outer surface is formed in one body.
- the elastic gear 20 is formed to be divided into the upper body 21 and the lower body 22, the coupling hole having a plurality of ball chain grooves 23 and the locking groove 24 on the inner peripheral surface of each divided body outer surface (25) and the inverse rhombic guide protrusions 26 protruding upward from one side of the surface are formed to be symmetrical to each other.
- the elastic part 30 is formed on a surface where the upper and lower bodies 21 and 22 divided into two are in contact with each other.
- the elastic portion 30 is formed to protrude to the outside, the engaging projection 33 having a coupling groove 32 to which the compression spring 31 is fastened to the inside of the upper body 21, coupled to the lower body 22
- An insertion groove 34 into which the protrusion 33 is inserted is formed so that the upper body 21 protrudes upward by the elasticity of the compression spring 31 to prevent rotation of the elastic gear 20.
- the ball chain 40 installed in the ball chain groove 23 of the elastic gear 20 is installed with a safety ring 80 having a spring 86 is installed, pulled downward and fixed to the wall to install the elastic gear 20 The rotational constraint of the ball chain 40 is automatically released by the tension is to rotate.
- an object of the present invention is to provide a blind safety protective device for preventing the safety accident of infants or children by wrapping the ball chain of the blind already installed. .
- Safety blind for blinds of the present invention to achieve the above object and the ball chain of the blind;
- a first fitting portion having a circular cross section to surround the ball chain, an extension portion extending by a predetermined length to the first fitting portion, and a second fitting having an arc cross section to wrap the ball chain on the other side of the extension portion It is configured to include a protective device comprising a portion.
- An opening is formed in the first fitting portion or the second fitting portion so that the ball chain can protrude outward.
- the lower end of the extension is provided with a pulley that the ball chain rides over so that the ball chain moves smoothly.
- Opening portions are formed in the first fitting portion and the second fitting portion so that the ball chains are fitted along the entire length direction, and the opening portions are formed in symmetrical directions with respect to the extension portion.
- the openings are formed in the same direction with respect to the extension.
- the protective device is fitted to the outside of the ball chain to prevent infants or children from grasping the ball chain, so that safety accidents such as asphyxiation do not occur, and the protective device is inserted into the sagging ball chain to keep the aesthetics clean. It can be effective.
- the blind safety protector of the present invention is fitted to the ball chain of the blinds that are already installed, it is possible to reduce the cost of replacing the blinds or installing new ones, and can be used immediately without the hassle of replacing or installing the blinds. It works.
