Abstract

본 발명은 고체전해질 박막 제조방법 및 제조장치에 관한 것으로서, 유기금속 화학 기상 증착법에 의함으로써 성막속도가 향상되고, 박막의 손상이 현저히 감소하며, 등각 증착이 가능하여 트렌치 구조의 박막전지에도 유용하게 활용할 수 있는, 고체전해질 박막 제조방법 및 제조장치에 관한 것이다.
