Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un dispositif de fermeture pour un récipient qui comprend un élément de base pouvant être fixé sur une ouverture du récipient et un couvercle articulé monté de façon pivotante sur l'élément de base de telle sorte que le couvercle à charnière peut se déplacer entre une position fermée et une position ouverte, l'élément de base comprenant une cavité dans laquelle est inséré un élément rapporté qui comprend un élément de décharge sensiblement en forme de dôme ayant une ouverture de décharge, l'élément rapporté comprenant une partie de recouvrement reliée à l'élément de décharge, pour recouvrir au moins partiellement l'ouverture de récipient, un élément de fermeture qui couvre la totalité du périmètre étant agencé sur un côté inférieur de la partie de recouvrement qui fait face au récipient et étant solidement relié à la partie de recouvrement ou étant formé en une seule pièce ou intégralement avec cette partie. En supplément, l'invention porte sur un procédé pour fabriquer un tel dispositif de fermeture et sur un procédé pour remplir et fermer un récipient qui comprend un tel dispositif de fermeture.
