Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Flügelzellenpumpe für ein kompressibles Fluid mit einem abgedichteten Gehäuse (4), das eine Pumpenkammer (6) aufweist, wobei das Gehäuse (4) im Wesentlichen aus einem Flanschteil (8), einem Umfangsteil (10) und einem Deckelteil (12) aufgebaut ist, wobei in dem Flanschteil (8) eine Rotorwelle (14) mit einer Rotoreinheit (18), die mindestens ein Schieberelement (20) aufweist, drehbar derart gelagert ist, dass die Rotoreinheit (16) die Pumpenkammer (6) in mindestens zwei Teilkammern (5, 7) unterteilt und ein Druck- / Unterdruckaufbau vorsieht, wobei das Deckelteil (12) in Axialrichtung der Rotorwelle (14) beweglich ausgeführt ist, derart, dass bei einem zu hohen Druck in einer Teilkammer (5, 7) eine Druckentlastung durch eine fluidische Verbindung zur benachbarten Teilkammer (5, 7) erfolgt.
