- the present invention relates to an excavator component protector structurally improved to protect a component inside the body and prevent damage thereof.
- Scratching of excavators requires a high degree of expertise in the handling of work tools and equipment, as rock or stone must be crushed, collected, or loaded through boom-bucket operations at construction sites including masonry or hills.
- FIG. 1 is a view schematically showing an embodiment of performing a scratch operation through a conventional excavator.
- Excavators typically have a bucket (3) and an arm (4), a boom (5) and a cab (6), a fuel tank (7), a hydraulic tank (8), and a cowl frame on the undercarriage 1 including the track. (9)
- the upper swing structure 2 is mounted. Typically, the elements included in the upper swing body 2 can be mounted on the upper frame.
- the boom 5 supporting the bucket 3 and the tip of the arm 4 maintain the standing posture at a position higher than the cab 6 of the upper swinging structure 2, and the bucket 3 ) Breaks or scrapes rocks or stones contained in the quarries through the operator's manipulation.
- the rear of the boom proximal end formed in the lower portion of the boom 5 is substantially adjacent to the upper center portion of the upper swing structure 2, and the hydraulic pressure forming the upper swing structure 2 upper portion. Since no special protective structure is designed adjacent to the tank 7 or the fuel tank 8 and the cowl frame 9, the foreign matter falls directly inside the upper swing structure 2 structurally.

Characterized in that the parts protection device for excavators.
- one side of the protective cover body is configured to include a receiving portion bent concave to the center side.
- damping plate and the bottom plate are integrally formed.
- the damping plate is in direct contact with the foreign matter and includes a rubber member for absorbing the shock, the bottom plate is composed of a steel member to support the loading load of the foreign matter.
- Another feature of the present invention is a dustproof member is installed between the bottom of the bottom plate and the upper left and right cover support frame, respectively.
- Another feature of the present invention is a plurality of coupling holes are formed on the upper left and right cover support frame, a plurality of through holes are formed on one side of the bottom plate, the fastening member is coupled through the through holes and coupling holes The bottom plate is fixedly held on the upper left and right cover support frames.
- Another feature of the invention is the handle is further attached to one side of the protective cover body.
- Excavator component protection device not only can absorb and cushion the shock due to the foreign matter (R) that falls to the rear of the boom during the scratch operation of the excavator in the damping plate 32, but also the vibration or upper swing of the excavator Even if the movement of (2) occurs, there is an advantage that can maintain the foreign matter (R) collected in the receiving portion (34).
- Each of the dustproof members 35 and 36 provided between the upper portions of 24 has the advantage of being able to secondaryly absorb and cushion such loading loads and impacts.
- the parts protection device for excavators has an effect of protecting the parts mounted inside the upper swing body 2 from foreign matters R falling behind the boom during scratching and preventing damage thereof. .
- FIG. 1 is a view schematically showing an embodiment of performing a scratch operation through a conventional excavator
- Figure 2 is a schematic diagram showing a state in which foreign matter falls to the rear of the boom proximal end adjacent to the upper center portion of the upper swing body during the scratch operation of the excavator,

- the bottom plate 34 schematically shows the receiving portion.
- Excavator component protection device one for protecting the components inside the upper swing structure (2) from the foreign matter (R) including rock fragments and stone fragments falling to the rear of the boom (5) during the scratch operation
- R foreign matter
- a protective cover body 30 detachably installed on the upper left and right cover support frames 23 and 24.
- the protective cover body 30 has a fitting portion 31 coupled to the rear of the boom 5, a damping plate 32 for absorbing the impact when the foreign matter falls, and a lower portion of the damping plate 32
- the bottom plate 33 is formed and is in contact with and supported on one side of the upper left and right cover support frames 23 and 24.
- One side of the protective cover body 30 is configured to include a receiving portion 34 bent concave toward the center side.
- anti-vibration members 35 and 36 are installed between the lower portion of the bottom plate 33 and the upper left and right cover support frames 23 and 24, respectively.
- a left center frame 21 and a right center frame 22 are formed along the front and rear directions of the excavator at approximately the center side of the upper frame 20, and the boom proximal end 5a is typically the left center frame. It is formed integrally with the 21 and the right center frame 22.
- the boom base end 5a may include a pin coupling hole 5b that is required to assemble in a pin coupling manner to a lower portion of the boom 5.
