- FIG. 6 is a flowchart showing processing executed by the user terminal 100 at this time.
- the control unit 110 of the user terminal 100 determines the presence / absence of a predetermined rule, the reception period, and the reception intensity for each radio signal received by the first communication unit 130 (steps S11, S12, and S13).
- the control unit 110 makes these determinations by referring to the communication log. Note that the determinations in steps S11, S12, and S13 may be performed in an order different from the order shown in FIG.
- step S11 the control unit 110 determines whether or not the wireless signal has a predetermined rule.
- the control unit 110 excludes radio signals that do not have a predetermined rule from candidates for radio signals transmitted from the access point (502) of the vehicle (C2) on which the user is riding. That is, at this time, the control unit 110 excludes radio signals from access points that are not mounted on the vehicle from the candidates. Further, by this determination, a wireless signal from a wireless LAN device (for example, a so-called mobile router) possessed by another passenger in the train T1 can also be excluded from the candidates.
- a wireless signal from a wireless LAN device for example, a so-called mobile router
- the control unit 110 determines a reception period, that is, a period during which a radio signal is received.
- the reception period here may be a continuous period in which the radio signal is continuously received, or the total period of reception when the radio signal is intermittently received. It may be.
- the control unit 110 sets a radio signal having a reception period exceeding a predetermined threshold as a candidate for a radio signal transmitted from the access point (502) of the vehicle (C2) on which the user is riding, and other radio signals as described above. Exclude from candidates.
- the control unit 110 determines the reception strength, that is, the strength when a radio signal is received.
- the reception strength for example, the maximum value of the reception strength may be used, or an average value may be used.
- the control unit 110 may determine whether or not the change in the reception intensity is within a predetermined range (for example, within 10%), or may perform a determination combining a plurality of determination methods listed here. Also good.
- the control unit 110 sets a radio signal whose reception intensity satisfies a predetermined condition as a candidate for a radio signal transmitted from the access point (502) of the vehicle (C2) on which the user is riding, and sets the other radio signals as above. Exclude from candidates.
- the control unit 110 After executing the determinations in steps S11 to S13, the control unit 110 identifies one radio signal based on these determination results (step S14). For example, the control unit 110 may select a candidate having the strongest reception strength among candidates not excluded by the determinations in steps S11 and S12. Alternatively, the control unit 110 may calculate an evaluation value for each wireless signal in each determination of steps S12 and S13, and select the one having the maximum total evaluation value.
- the control unit 110 specifies identification information included in the radio signal specified in step S14 (step S15).
- the identification information is substantially agreed with the identification of the AP 500. That is, in this embodiment, it can be said that the control unit 110 specifies the AP 500 corresponding to the identification information by specifying the identification information included in the radio signal. If identification information is specified, the control part 110 will supply the transmission data containing the specified identification information to the 2nd communication part 140, and will transmit transmission data (step S16).
- the vehicle on which the user is on is estimated in consideration of the reception intensity and reception period of the radio signal, it is possible to improve the accuracy of estimation. That is, since the user terminal 100 can identify the AP 500 mounted on the vehicle moving with the user by identifying the AP 500 having a long radio signal reception period, the vehicle on which the user is riding It is possible to reduce the possibility that the AP 500 with a limited reception period, such as the AP 500 mounted on a passing vehicle, may be mistaken for the AP 500 mounted on the vehicle on which the user is riding. In addition, since the user terminal 100 can specify the AP 500 that is closer to the user by specifying the AP 500 having a strong radio signal reception strength, the user terminal 100 can be connected to the vehicle next to the vehicle on which the user is riding. It is possible to reduce the possibility of misidentifying the mounted AP 500 or the like as the AP 500 mounted on the vehicle on which the user is riding.
- the user terminal 100 may perform such estimation multiple times (for example, periodically). This is because the user may move from one vehicle in the train to another vehicle or change trains.
- the user terminal 100 performs estimation several times and transmits transmission data multiple times, so that it is possible to prevent a user from misidentifying the vehicle on which the user is boarding even when the user makes such a movement. It is.
- FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating a screen displayed by the display unit 150 of the user terminal 100.
- the user terminal 100 can download image data for displaying such a screen from a predetermined website.
- the user terminal 100 may receive such image data from the AP 500.
- the icons Ic1, Ic2, Ic3, and Ic4 are displayed on the screen shown in FIG.
- the icon Ic1 is an icon that is selected when the user reports the situation in the vehicle.
- the user terminal 100 displays the screen shown in FIG. 7B and accepts posting of a message by the user.
- characters entered by the user are displayed in the text area Ta1.
- the send button Bt1 is a button that is selected when the user has finished inputting a message.
- the icon Ic2 is an icon that is selected when the user witnesses a nuisance (such as a molester or violence) in the vehicle and reports this.
- the icon Ic3 is an icon that is selected when the user makes an emergency call. An emergency call is made, for example, when a suddenly ill person occurs in a vehicle or when a serious abnormality occurs in a vehicle.
- the icon Ic4 is an icon that is selected when browsing a message posted by another user (passenger) in the vehicle on which the user is aboard.
- the user terminal 100 can transmit transmission data at the timing when the icons Ic2, Ic3, Ic4 or the transmission button Bt1 are selected.
- the user terminal 100 transmits transmission data including information indicating the user's operation (selection) in addition to the identification information. That is, the transmission data in this case also serves as a request for posting or browsing a message and various reports.
- the information distribution apparatus 600 Upon receiving such transmission data, the information distribution apparatus 600 generates distribution data and transmits it to an appropriate distribution target. For example, when a message is posted, the information distribution apparatus 600 stores the message in the storage unit 620 in association with the identification information. Then, when the user of the user terminal 100 requests browsing of the message, the information distribution device 600 specifies the vehicle on which the user is boarded based on the identification information of the transmission data, and is posted on the vehicle. Generate distribution data that includes messages.
- the information distribution apparatus 600 distributes the distribution data to at least one of the operator terminal 200, the crew terminal 300, or the vehicle-mounted display 400 when a nuisance report or an emergency call is made.
- the in-vehicle display 400 displays a message such as “An emergency has occurred in this vehicle”. In this way, it is possible to inform an emergency situation to many passengers in the vehicle and expect that the response will be performed quickly or easily.
- In-vehicle display 400 displays a message such as “A nuisance is being carried out in this vehicle” when the distribution data is received when a nuisance is reported.
- Such a display not only informs passengers in the vehicle that a nuisance is being performed, but can also be expected to have the effect of suppressing the occurrence of the nuisance itself due to the fact that such a display is performed.
- FIG. 8 is a flowchart showing processing executed by the information distribution apparatus 600 when such a notification is made.
- control unit 610 of information distribution apparatus 600 receives transmission data related to a nuisance report or emergency notification (step S21), it identifies the vehicle on which the notification is made based on the identification information included in the transmission data (step S22). .
- control unit 610 can identify the type of report and the vehicle for which the report was made.
- control unit 610 refers to the threshold for the notification made at this time, and determines whether or not the number of notifications (that is, the number of transmission data) exceeds a predetermined threshold (step S23).
- This threshold is provided for each type of notification, and the value may be different for each type of notification.
- Control unit 610 makes this determination for each vehicle. That is, in step S23, control unit 610 determines whether or not reporting has been performed for a certain vehicle over a threshold value. Note that the control unit 610 records and manages the number of reports using a counter.
- step S23 may be performed every unit time.
- the control unit 610 can determine whether or not the number of notifications per 5 minutes exceeds a predetermined threshold. In this way, distribution data can be distributed when the number of reports increases suddenly.
- control unit 610 If the number of reports exceeds the threshold, the control unit 610 generates distribution data (step S24), and transmits this via the communication unit 630 (step S25). On the other hand, if the number of reports is equal to or less than the threshold value, control unit 610 ends this process without generating or transmitting distribution data. However, in this case, the control unit 610 records that the notification has been made so that the determination in step S23 can be performed in the subsequent processing (step S26). Specifically, control unit 610 increments the counter value counted for each type of report and for each vehicle, and prepares for the determination in step S23 from the next time.
- the information distribution apparatus 600 can control to distribute distribution data when a predetermined number of notifications are made by a plurality of users. By doing in this way, when a false report is made by mischief of a small number of users, the report can be prevented from being reflected.

For example, the information distribution apparatus 600 extracts keywords such as “drunk”, “danger”, “failure”, “hot”, “cold” from the message, and the number of such keywords is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold ( Alternatively, distribution data corresponding to the extracted keyword may be distributed to the operator terminal 200 or the crew terminal 300 when extracted (from a user having a predetermined threshold value or more). The flowchart shown in FIG. 7 can also be applied to the operation in such a case.
- keywords such as “hot” and “cold” are extracted from the passenger's message
- the operator and the crew can grasp for each vehicle how the passenger feels the temperature inside the vehicle.
- the crew can also grasp the situation inside the vehicle via the crew terminal 300 (or an operator) and set the air conditioning to an appropriate temperature.
- keywords related to events that may cause delays in train operation from passenger messages it is possible to prevent such events from occurring in advance or to minimize the effects of such events as much as possible. Can also be done.
