- the present invention is emergency hammer used commonly in mass transportation vehicles and sometimes in indoor areas, and it is especially related to its functioning automatically without requiring extra effort by means of being fixed on the glass and pulling the pin or the front tap thereof.

In case of emergencies such as accident, fire, natural disaster and the like, it is used to create an exit door in order to enable the people to evacuate the vehicle or the place they are in.
- a cover for covering the metal tips is used at one section in order to prevent misuses.
- the hammers in all of the embodiments present in the places where they are used, they can easily be removed from the area where they are positioned, and they can be used for wrong purposes such as harming the environment. Covering the metal parts with plastic is an insufficient solution to eliminate that kind of situations.
- the emergency hammer can easily be displaced and be lost before being returned to its own position and thus, it has the risk that it cannot be used when needed. Moreover, it is removed from the vehicles by the authorities of mass transportation vehicles in order to prevent misuses. In order for the present hammers to be used, the person in the vehicle should be in such a position or condition to use the hammer. It is not possible for a seriously wounded person to apply force in order to hit the window with hammer and break thereof. Even if the casualty compressed in a narrow space is not injured physically, s/he cannot break the window as s/he is lack of movement ability in order to apply enough power to the window.

Abstract
La présente invention concerne un marteau de secours utilisé couramment dans les véhicules de transport en commun et parfois en intérieur, et concerne plus particulièrement son fonctionnement automatique sans nécessiter d'effort supplémentaire, du fait qu'il est fixé sur la vitre et qu'il suffit de tirer sur la goupille (4) ou sur son élément de fermeture avant. Il est relié à un corps principal (1) placé dans la position actuelle, de manière fixe, et est relié à une goupille (4) ou à un élément de fermeture afin d'être activé. Lorsque l'on tire sur la goupille (4) ou que l'on ouvre l'élément de fermeture, le ou les marteaux (2, 5, 7) sont automatiquement activés en utilisant la force d'attraction du ressort (3) qui les retient, et brise la vitre.
