Abstract

Une préforme fibreuse (10) à section en π a une base (12) avec une première face et une deuxième face opposées et des jambes (14, 16) s'étendant à partir de la deuxième face. La préforme comprend une structure fibreuse tissée en une seule pièce par tissage tridimensionnel avec une pluralité de couches de fils de chaîne (ou trame) liées entre elles par des fils de trame (ou chaîne) d'une pluralité de couches de fils de trame (ou chaîne). Dans chaque plan de la préforme fibreuse, des fils de trame (chaîne) d'un premier groupe (ti-t6) de fils de trame (chaîne) s'étendent continûment à travers la base (12) entre deux bords opposés de celle-ci et des fils de trame (chaîne) d'un deuxième groupe (t7-t9) de fils de trame (chaîne) s'étendent continûment d'une extrémité d'une jambe (14) à une extrémité de l'autre jambe (16) en passant dans la base, avec double croisement mutuel (18a, 18b) entre les fils du premier groupe et les fils du deuxième groupe.
