Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un vitrage multiple rempli de gaz comprenant au moins deux feuilles de verre (1, 2, 3), le procédé comprenant : - une étape de pré-assemblage pendant laquelle chaque feuille de verre (1, 2, 3) est positionnée inclinée d'un angle strictement supérieur à 0° et inférieur ou égal à 10° par rapport à la feuille de verre adjacente de façon à former au moins une cavité (8, 9), chaque cavité (8, 9) étant complètement fermée sur un de ses côtés (16), - une étape d'obturation partielle d'au moins un des côtés (17, 18) de chaque cavité, - une étape de remplissage en gaz de chaque cavité (8, 9) par un côté d'injection (19) de la cavité (8, 9), - une étape de pressage des feuilles de verre (1, 2, 3). L'invention permet de remplir la ou les cavités d'un vitrage multiple en diminuant la quantité de gaz utilisée et les temps de remplissage.
