Abstract

Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein reagensloses, energetisches Verfahren und eine dazugehörige Anlage zur Herstellung einer hoch-biologisch aktiven huminhaltigen Suspension basierend auf Faulschlamm, Torf und/oder organischen Abfällen, bevorzugt Hühnermist, als Basis für die Herstellung organisch-mineralischer Dünger bzw. Grunddünger für die ökologische und traditionelle Landwirtschaft zu schaffen. Das Verfahren zur Herstellung von huminhaltigen Suspensionen z. B. aus Torf (1) und/oder Faulschlamm (1) mit einer erhöhten biologische Wirksamkeit basiert auf einer Nutzung magnetischer Wirbel, Aktivierung durch Implosionen, einschließlich einer Ultraschall-Gas-Strahldispergierung der Stoffe (1) in einem Ultraschall-Kavitations-Reaktor (10). Die Anlage besteht in ihren Hauptbestandteilen aus einem Mischbehälter (5) mit speziellen Zugängen (2, 4) für die zu bearbeitenden Stoffe (1) unter Zugabe von Wasser (3) und einem anschließenden Kreislauf aus einem Behälter (9), einem akustischen Reaktor (10), einer verstellbaren Lavaldüse (7), einer Magnetrohranordnung (11) und einem Einlaufrohr (13) zurück zum Behälter (9).
