Pièce métallique de support pourvue d'une surface d'adhérence pour une structure polymère à appliquer par injection, et pièce hybride correspondante, ainsi que procédés de fabrication d'une part de la pièce métallique de support et d'autre part de la pièce hybride. La surface d'adhérence de la pièce de support est présente sur au moins une partie de la surface de ladite pièce métallique de support et comporte une couche de conversion produite sur la surface métallique de la pièce de support et une couche d'apprêt appliquée sur la couche de conversion.
