1、 自然雾化, 通过喷洒雾化精油或自然放置雾化等杀菌除臭, 杀灭空气中 的细菌, 但作用空间和时间受到一定限制, 效率低。
2、 燃烧雾化, 通过使用明火点燃或加热, 操作不安全, 隐患高, 而且时间 难控制, 火焰本身对环境有一定危害隐患, 并有可能破坏精油中的有效成分。
3、 电阻丝加热雾化, 用外部电源加热电阻丝, 利用其产生的热量将精油雾 化, 此方法使用寿命短, 容易造成短路, 而且温度容易过高并会造成改变精油 的有效成分。
4、 超声波雾化, 利用超声波能量在常温条件下能把液体雾化成 lum至 5um 的微小雾粒, 现在超声波技术越来越流行了, 超声波雾化技术也取得了很好的 效果。 超声波雾化技术的基本原理为: 大功率三极管把主电路板发出的振荡信 号进行能量放大, 把放大的能量传递给雾化片, 利用电子的高频震荡, 经过雾 化片的高频谐振, 超声波能量在常温条件下能把水溶性药物雾化成 lum至 5um 的微小雾粒, 把液态的分子结构打散而液化成在空气中自然飘逸的雾, 无需加
热也无需添加任何化学试剂。
与传统的加热雾化方法比较, 在能源节省方面提高了 90%。 另外在雾化过 程中会释放大量的负离子,其与空气中漂浮的烟雾、 粉尘等产生静电作用, 使他 们沉淀, 同时还能有效去除甲醛、 一氧化碳、 细菌等有害物质, 使空气得到净 化, 减少疾病的发生, 所以很多人把它用来净化刚刚装修好的房子, 这样对人 们的身体是非常有好处的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种简单方便, 安全高效的使用超声波雾化技术的 香薰精油雾化装置, 可抑制周围温度的上升, 使精油中有效成分充分的挥发出 来, 散发出特有的香味。
本发明的的目的是通过以下的技术方案来实现的:
一种香薰精油雾化装置, 包括有: 一底座, 所述底座上设有用于放置凹形 容器的凹入部分; 一凹形容器, 所述凹形容器固定在底座上的凹入部分, 在凹 形容器底部设有用于安装超声雾化装置的伸出孔, 所述凹形容器还设有容器盖, 所述容器盖上设有出雾口; 一超声雾化装置, 安装在凹形容器底部的伸出孔内, 用于将凹形容器内的液体雾化;数个设置在所述伸出孔周边的 LED灯,所述 LED 灯安装在底座上; 一风扇, 在底座设有进风窗, 进风窗与凹形容器内通过空气 通道进行连通, 所述风扇安装在的空气通道内, 风扇向凹形容器内吹入空气把 雾化产生的雾吹向出雾口。
以上所述的香薰精油雾化装置, 所述的容器盖包括一圆形盖和一环形盖, 所述环形盖的内侧设有一环形凹槽, 圆形盖外侧设有一环形凸出, 所述环形凹 槽与环形凸出相匹配, 圆形盖可以旋转。
以上所述的香薰精油雾化装置, 所述的出雾口设置在圆形盖上。
以上所述的香薰精油雾化装置, 所述的超声雾化装置和伸出孔之间设有防 水圈, 用于密封以防止凹形容器的液体流入超声雾化装置。
以上所述的香薰精油雾化装置,所述的 LED灯为四个,所述 LED灯设置于 底座与凹形容器及伸出孔形成的空间中。
以上所述的香薰精油雾化装置, 所述的底座内部安装有电子喇叭。 所述的 底座侧面安装有 LED显示屏, 用以显示时间、 订时设置和声音大小。
以上所述的香薰精油雾化装置, 所述的底座设有一放置遥控器的卡槽, 不 使用时遥控器和主体成为一体, 使用时可方便取出。
以上所述的香薰精油雾化装置, 所述的底座设有电源线接口, 该电源线接 口包括有 USB接口和普通电源接口。
本发明的装置采用玻璃材料、 塑料、 陶瓷、 金属、 木材或竹材料制成。 本发明的有益效果在于: 采用超声波对精油液体进行雾化, 保护精油有效 成份稳定,保持香气纯;安装 LED灯于凹形容器底部,增加灯光效果,同时 LED 灯产生的热量也可以用加热, LED灯的开关和超声雾化装置的开关可以单独控 制, 单独或同时使用都可以; 可以抑制外部的温度上升, 可以使茶和各种精油 等产生充分香气, 并不会导致温度过高; 所有控制可以采用遥控器来控制, 也 可以设计成在主机上通过按键进行控制。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及实施例对本发明作详细描述。
结合图 1、 图 2所示, 本发明的香薰精油雾化装置包括如下部分: 底座 1、
盛装精油和水的凹形容器 2、 超声雾化装置 3、 LED灯 4、 给凹形容器提供空气 的空气通道 5和风扇 6,
底座 1中部设置有凹入部分, 可以将凹形容器 2放置并固定该凹入部分中, 在凹形容器 2的底部中部设有一向下的伸出孔 21,伸出孔 21伸入到底座内部的 空间中, 在伸出孔 21中固定安装有超声雾化装置 3, 在超声雾化装置 3与伸出 孔 21之间还安装有防水圈 22,可以防止凹形容器内的精油和水渗漏流入超声雾 化装置 3与底座 1的内部, 损坏底座内部的电路及元件。
凹形容器 2上面设有容器盖 21, 容器盖 21是由一圆形盖 211和一环形盖 212组成, 环形盖 212的内环侧边设有一条环形凹槽 2121, 圆形盖 211外侧设 有一条与环形凹槽相匹配的环形凸出 2111, 圆形盖可以自由旋转转动, 在圆形 盖上设有一个出雾口 213,用以将精油雾化产生的雾排出。容器盖可以自由取下, 以便添加水和精油。
在底座 1内部还安装有四个 LED灯 4, LED灯设置于底座与凹形容器及伸 出孔形成的空间中, 底座 1内部安装的线路板上控制电路可以控制 LED灯 4和 超声雾化装置 3的开关, LED灯 4和超声波雾化装置 3可以同时使用或单独使 用, 通过扩散和透过的光实现照明, 通过雾化精油, 使人心情愉悦, 并能杀灭 环境中的有害细菌, 防止细菌传播。 LED灯并可以实现同时点亮或间隔一定时 间点亮, 可以发出各种颜色的光, 更增加了灯光效果。
本实施例在底座 1设有进风窗 11,进风窗 11与凹形容器内通过设计一个空 气通道 5进行连通, 一小型的风扇 6安装在的空气通道 5内, 风扇 5向凹形容 器 2内吹入空气能把超声雾化装置 3中被超声雾化产生的细小精油微粒吹向出 雾口。
本实施例的底座内部安装有一个电子喇叭, 放出经过设计的模拟自然界的
各种声音。
本实施例的底座侧面安装有 LED显示屏 12, 用以显示时间、订时设置和声 音大小。 本实施例由遥控器来控制, 底座上设有一放置遥控器的卡槽 13, 不使 用时遥控器和主体成为一体, 使用时可方便取出, 底座上设有电源线接口, 该 电源线接口包括有 USB接口和普通电源接口。
本实施例的香薰精油雾化装置可以在家庭, 办公, 车内等很多环境下使用。 各部件可以采用玻璃材料制成, 以及采用陶瓷, 金属, 塑料, 木材, 竹等材料。
虽然本发明的优选实例被以作为例证的目的进行披露, 但本领域的技术人 员可以理解各种修改、 添加和替换是可能的, 只要其不脱离所附权利要求中详 述的本发明的精神和范围。
Claims
1、 一种香薰精油雾化装置, 特征在于包括有:
一底座, 所述底座上设有用于固定水槽的凹入部分;
一凹形容器, 所述凹形容器固定在底座上的凹入部分, 在凹形容器底部设 有用于安装超声雾化装置的伸出圆孔, 所述凹形容器还设有容器盖, 所述容器 盖上设有出雾口;
一超声雾化装置, 安装在凹形容器底部的伸出圆孔内, 用于将凹形容器内 的液体雾化;
数个设置在所述伸出圆孔周边的 LED灯, 所述 LED灯安装在底座上; 一风扇, 在底座设有进风口, 进风口与水槽内通过空气通道进行连通, 所 述风扇安装在的空气通道内, 风扇向凹形容器内吹入空气把雾化产生的雾吹向 出雾口。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的香薰精油雾化装置, 其特征在于: 所述的容器盖 包括一圆形盖和一环形盖, 所述环形盖的内侧设有一环形凹槽, 圆形盖外侧设 有一环形凸出, 所述环形凹槽与环形凸出相匹配, 圆形盖可以旋转。。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的香薰精油雾化装置, 其特征在于: 所述的出雾口 设置在圆形盖上。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的香薰精油雾化装置, 其特征在于: 所述的超声雾 化装置和伸出孔之间设有防水圈, 用于密封并防止凹形容器的液体流入超声雾 化装置。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的香薰精油雾化装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 LED 灯为四个, 所述 LED灯置于底座与凹形容器及伸出伸出圆孔形成的空间中。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的香薰精油雾化装置, 其特征在于: 所述的底座内 部安装有电子喇叭。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的香薰精油雾化装置, 其特征在于: 所述的底座外 侧安装有 LED显示屏, 用以显示时间、 订时设置和声音大小。

9、 根据权利要求 1所述的香薰精油雾化装置, 其特征在于: 所述的底座设 有电源线接口, 该电源线接口包括有 USB接口和普通电源接口。
