Description

書類束の背表紙となるシート
　本発明は束ねた書類を目玉クリップやガチャ玉（登録商標）などのクリップで綴じる際に用いる書類束の背表紙となるシートに関する。
　従来より特開平０２−０６７１９８の製本用テープのような発明が知られている。このものはページを接着的に一緒に綴じて「完全装丁」の本又はパンフレットを作製するための製本用テープに関し、特に改良された防湿熱活性化製本用テープに関している。
　一方、束ねた書類をホッチキス（登録商標）で固定的に綴じるのではなく仮固定の状態で綴じたいとする場合には、目玉クリップやガチャ玉（登録商標）などのクリップ類が用いられて来た。

　上記何れの場合でも、綴じた書類を本棚などに収納した場合にはその背しか見えなくなるため、所要の書類を見つけるためには背を見ただけでは分からず一々取り出して表紙を見なくてはならないと言う煩わしさがあった。ただ書類が厚く背の幅が広い場合に限って特開平０２−０６７１９８のような製本用テープを背表紙として、ここにタイトルを印刷したり手書きで書き込んだりすることが可能であったが、上記クリップ類を用いて仮固定の状態で綴じた書類の場合には、タイトルを付けることはほとんど不可能であった。
　本発明は上述したような問題を解決して、上記クリップ類を用いる場合であっても、また束ねた書類が２枚３枚と言うように極く薄い場合であったとしても、収納した本棚や抽斗などから所要の書類を容易に見つけることが出来るようにすることを課題とする。
　上記課題は、表表紙と裏表紙とを有さず、書類束の背に宛がって後記クリップで閉じた時にクリップが掛けられた部位で折り曲げられて前記書類束の表紙側と背表紙側とに密着するもクリップが掛けられていない部位は元の略平面状を保とうとするような、前記書類束の背よりも前記クリップが掛かる分だけ広い幅を有するシートと、このシートを書類束との間に挟むようにして書類束を綴じる前記クリップとの組み合わせに成る、書類束の背表紙となるシートを提供することで解決される。このシートの使用法であるが束にした書類の背にシートを宛がいその上から書類束を目玉クリップやガチャ玉（登録商標）のようなクリップで止めるようにする。するとシートはクリップが掛けられた部位で折り曲げられて書類束の表紙側と背表紙側とに密着するが、クリップが掛けられていない部位は元の平らな形状を保とうとする。この部位のシートは書類束の背側からは幅広に見えるから、ここにタイトルを記しておけば書類束を本棚などに収納した場合であっても背側からはタイトルを読むことが出来るのである。クリップで綴じられた書類が２枚３枚と言うように極く薄い場合であったとしても全く問題がない。
　また上記課題は、書類束とこの書類束を綴じるクリップとの間に挟まれるシートであって、このシートは表表紙と裏表紙とを有さず、前記書類束の背に宛がって前記クリップで閉じた時にクリップが掛けられた部位で折り曲げられて前記書類束の表紙側と背表紙側とに密着するもクリップが掛けられていない部位は元の略平面状を保とうとすると共に、前記書類束の背よりも前記クリップが掛かる分だけ広い幅を有するように構成されている、書類束の背表紙となるシートとすることにより解決される。上記と同様このシートはクリップが掛けられた部位で折り曲げられて書類束の表紙側と背表紙側とに密着するが、クリップが掛けられていない部位は元の平面形状を保とうとする。なおクリップで折り曲げられた部位と平面形状を保っている部位との間は徐々にカーブしていることが分かる。
　前記シートは弾力性を有する素材から成るものとすることが出来る。するとクリップで挟まれ折り曲げられる部位以外の部位が折れてしまう虞が少なくなる。これは平面状の部位をピンと張らせることを意味する。
　前記シートのクリップで挟まれる部位は折り曲げ案内線を入れて成るものとすることが出来る。するとクリップで挟む部位を決め得るし、ユーザーはクリップで挟む部位に付いて迷うことがない。あるいはクリップで挟む部位の幅が、書類束の表紙側と背表紙側とで均等になるように作ることが出来る。
　前記シートのクリップで挟まれる部位は、クリップが直接書類に接し得るような孔部を設けて成るものとすることが出来る。クリップの作用部が直接的に書類を挟むことを可能にする。
　前記シートはその表面に手書きまたは印刷による文字が記入出来るように成っているものとすることが出来る。シートの素材によっては印刷のインクがのりにくかったり、鉛筆やボールペンによる書き込みがうまく行かない場合がある。そこで例えばシートの略平面状となる部位に文字が記入出来るようにするのである。シートが紙製であれば一般的には書き込みが可能である。ラミネート紙製やプラスチック製のシートであれば油性インクで記入し得るが、水性や鉛筆は不向きであるが、磨りガラスのように細かい凹凸を付ければ鉛筆でも記入可能となる場合がある。プラスチック製のシートに紙製の書き込みラベルを貼付したものとしても良い。
　前記シートは透明素材より成るものとすることが出来る。透明なシートを透して書類束の主として色を見ることが出来れば、一見してその書類束が何に関するものであったかが分かる場合があるからである。なおこの透明なシートに上記ラベルを貼付したものも提供可能である。
　束ねた書類をクリップ類を用いて綴じる場合であっても、束ねる書類が２枚３枚と極く薄い場合であったとしても、本発明のシートを用いることで書類束に背表紙を付けて綴じることが出来るようになり、収納した本棚や抽斗などから所要の書類を容易に見つけ出すことが可能となっている。

　以下ではクリップにガチャ玉（登録商標）を用いた例を上げる。ガチャ玉（登録商標）は良く知られている専用の器具から口を開いた状態となるようにテンションを掛けられつつ、書類束の背に向けて押し出されるものである。しかしながらシートとクリップとの組み合わせに成る本発明の書類束の背表紙となるシートに関しては、クリップをこのガチャ玉（登録商標）に限定しないものとする。
　図１乃至図３で表わしたように本実施例は、書類束３の背となる辺の寸法と同じ高さの紙製のシート１と、ガチャ玉（登録商標）２との組み合わせに成る。シート１を二つ折りにした時に出来るであろう折り線を図１で鎖線で示すが、書類束３の背にこの鎖線の辺りを合わせるようにして、その上をガチャ玉（登録商標）２でシート１もろとも書類束３を綴じるようにする。なおこの場合の綴じる位置はシート１の高さのほぼ中央の位置であるが、ガチャ玉（登録商標）２を２個用いて綴じるのであれば、それなりに位置決めすれば良い。
　これを平面視したものが図２であり、模式的に斜視したものが図３であるが、ガチャ玉（登録商標）２で綴じられたシート１の部位は狭着部１０となっている。これに対してそれ以外の部位は狭着部１０から離れるほどに平面状に近いものになって行く。ここが正に平面状部１１，１２である。従ってこのようにして綴じられた書類束３を本棚に収納した場合であっても、平面状部１１，１２を背方向から見ることが出来る。この平面状部１１，１２にタイトルを記入しておけば書類管理が楽になる。なお隣り合う書類束３によって平面状部１１，１２が重なり合うことがあっても見つけ出すのに問題はない。
　本実施例のシート４を図４で表わす。ラミネート紙製のシート４を二つ折りにした時に出来るであろう折り線（鎖線で表した）に対称となる左右の位置に孔部４０をシート４の上下２箇所に設けて成る。孔部４０の大きさはガチャ玉（登録商標）の作用部（書類束を挟み付ける部位）が通るのに十分なサイズとする。
　この孔部４０によりガチャ玉（登録商標）が直接的に書類束を挟むことを可能にしている。この部位のシート４に狭着部が生ずるのは勿論のことであり、当然のことながらそれ以外の部位は徐々に平面状に近いものになっている。
　本実施例のシート５を図５で表わす。透光性のポリプロピレン製の薄いシート５の中程に、シート５を二つ折りにした時に出来るであろう折り線の辺りに３筋の溝から成る折り曲げ案内線５０を付けると共に、シート５の上下端部に紙製ラベル５１，５２を貼付して成るものである。シート５は弾力性を備えている。またシート５がポリプロピレン製であることは折り曲げ案内線５０のために好適である。
　これを使用するには、上記折り曲げ案内線５０の部位を指で摘みつつ書類束の背に宛がい、この部位をガチャ玉（登録商標）で綴じるようにすれば良い。ガチャ玉（登録商標）で綴じる部位が折り曲げ案内線５０として分かり易く示されていると共に、狭着部を作り易いと言う効果がある。またシート５が透光性のものであることにより、書類束の背（の例えば紙の色）を透視することが可能であるから、タイトルがない場合でも書類を探す時の当たりが付け易くなる効果がある。なおタイトルは紙製ラベル５１，５２に記入する。
　本実施例のシート６を図６で表わす。ポリプロピレン製の薄いシート６に、予め狭着部６１と平面状部６２，６３の部位を確保するべく、狭着部６１で狭く平面状部６２，６３に行く程に広くなるような２条の折り曲げ案内線６０となる溝を設けて成る。なおシート６の表面には細かい凹凸が付けてあり、油性ペンでタイトルを書き込むことが出来る。
　この構成によればよりはっきりとした平面状部６２，６３を確保することが出来る効果がある。
　本発明のシートに適合する特殊なものとして適度な弾力性を有する荷造り用のポリプロピレン製に成る梱包用バンドを上げておく。なお目玉クリップやガチャ玉（登録商標）などのクリップ類を用いて仮固定の状態で綴じたいとする場合だけでなく、固定的に綴じるためのホッチキス（登録商標）のような止め具を用いる場合であっても本発明の思想は有効であるから、これもまた本発明の権利範囲内のものであると言える。

Claims (7)

  1. 　表表紙と裏表紙とを有さず、書類束の背に宛がって後記クリップで閉じた時にクリップが掛けられた部位で折り曲げられて前記書類束の表紙側と背表紙側とに密着するもクリップが掛けられていない部位は元の略平面状を保とうとするような、前記書類束の背よりも前記クリップが掛かる分だけ広い幅を有するシートと、このシートを書類束との間に挟むようにして書類束を綴じる前記クリップとの組み合わせに成る、書類束の背表紙となるシート。
  2. 　書類束とこの書類束を綴じるクリップとの間に挟まれるシートであって、このシートは表表紙と裏表紙とを有さず、前記書類束の背に宛がって前記クリップで閉じた時にクリップが掛けられた部位で折り曲げられて前記書類束の表紙側と背表紙側とに密着するもクリップが掛けられていない部位は元の略平面状を保とうとすると共に、前記書類束の背よりも前記クリップが掛かる分だけ広い幅を有するように構成されている、書類束の背表紙となるシート。
  3. 　前記シートが弾力性を有する素材から成るものである、請求項１または請求項２に記載の書類束の背表紙となるシート。
  4. 　前記シートのクリップで挟まれる部位に折り曲げ案内線を入れて成る、請求項１または請求項２に記載の書類束の背表紙となるシート。
  5. 　前記シートのクリップで挟まれる部位に、クリップが直接書類に接し得るような孔部を設けて成る、請求項１または請求項２に記載の書類束の背表紙となるシート。
  6. 　前記シートはその表面に手書きまたは印刷による文字が記入出来るように成っている、請求項１または請求項２に記載の書類束の背表紙となるシート。
  7. 　前記シートは透明素材より成るものである、請求項１または請求項２に記載の書類束の背表紙となるシート。
