Abstract
In konventionellen Spannungsversorgungsnetzen wird das Gleichgewicht zwischen eingespeister Leistung der Erzeuger und entnommener Leistung der Verbraucher über die Frequenz der Wechselspannung geregelt. In zukünftigen intelligenten Spannungsversorgungsnetzen (Smart Grids) mit vielen, kleinen dezentralen Anlagen wird eine solche Regelung über die Netzfrequenz immer schwieriger. Stattdessen wird ein zentrales elektronisches Steuersignal in einem separaten Kommunikationsnetz an Geräte zur Steuerung der dezentralen Erzeuger und auch Verbraucher übermittelt. Hierbei besteht jedoch die Gefahr einer Netzinstabilität, wenn viele dezentrale Anlagen bei Erreichen eines voreingestellten Schwellenwertes gleichzeitig schalten. Die Erfindung sieht daher vor, dass voreingestellte Schwellenwerte nicht direkt als Schwellenwerte verwendet werden, sondern geeignete effektive Schwellenwerte davon abgeleitet werden. Dadurch nehmen die Schwellenwerte bei unterschiedlichen Geräten im Smart Grid verschiedene Werte an, und ein unerwünschtes simultanes Reagieren aller Steuergeräte im Smart Grid wird verhindert.
