Abstract
L'invention porte sur une turbine éolienne munie des pales disposées sur des surfaces interne et externe d'un cylindre, laquelle turbine permet à un vent ou à un liquide de traverser les pales internes et externes, et produit en résultat un rendement de génération d'énergie accru, le cylindre pouvant être constitué par des « planches de surf ».
