Abstract

一种液晶透镜、其制造方法及制造设备。该液晶透镜制造方法包括:利用常规方法制造液晶透镜,液晶透镜包括取向层和液晶层(38,72),液晶层(38,72)中的液晶具有初始预倾角。根据液晶层(38,72)的标准有效折射率曲线及实际有效折射率曲线,确定出液晶层(38,72)中液晶的初始预倾角与预定义的标准预倾角存在差异的差异区域(1,3,721)。改变差异区域(1,3,721)的取向层取向,使差异区域(1,3,721)的液晶具有标准预倾角,以便加载电压后液晶层(38,72)的实际有效折射率曲线符合标准有效折射率曲线。
